Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավոր արդյունքը

2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ամենաքննարկվող արդյունքներից մեկը, անկասկած, «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի գրանցած ցուցանիշն էր։ Ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս առաջ ստեղծված քաղաքական ուժը կարողացավ ստանալ շուրջ 300 հազար ընտրողի վստահությունը և դառնալ երկրի գլխավոր քաղաքական դերակատարներից մեկը։ Սա այն դեպքն է, երբ արդյունքը պետք է գնահատել ոչ միայն տոկոսներով և մանդատներով, այլ նաև քաղաքական համատեքստով։

Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավոր ձեռքբերումը ոչ միայն ստացած ձայների քանակն է, այլ այն, որ նա կարողացավ համախմբել հասարակության լայն շերտերի աջակցությունը՝ տարբեր քաղաքական հայացքներ ունեցող մարդկանց շուրջ ձևավորելով նոր քաղաքական բևեռ։ Սա տեղի ունեցավ այն պայմաններում, երբ քաղաքական գործընթացը ուղեկցվում էր բարձր լարվածությամբ, վարչական ռեսուրսների կիրառման վերաբերյալ բազմաթիվ մեղադրանքներով, ինչպես նաև ընդդիմադիր ուժերի նկատմամբ ճնշումների մասին հրապարակային հայտարարություններով։

Հատկանշական է, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը քարոզարշավի մեծ մասն անցկացրեց տնային կալանքի պայմաններում։ Քաղաքական տեսանկյունից սա լուրջ սահմանափակում էր ցանկացած թեկնածուի համար։ Սակայն նույնիսկ այդ պայմաններում նրա քաղաքական թիմը կարողացավ կազմակերպել լայնածավալ քարոզչական աշխատանք, հանդիպումներ, հանրային քննարկումներ և ներկայացնել իր ծրագրային դրույթները տարբեր մարզերում ու համայնքներում։

300 հազար ձայնը նաև ցույց տվեց, որ հասարակության զգալի հատվածը պատրաստ է աջակցել նոր քաղաքական նախագծերին, եթե դրանք ունեն հստակ ուղերձ, կազմակերպված թիմ և հանրությանը հասկանալի օրակարգ։ Այս արդյունքը հատկապես նշանակալի է այն առումով, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքը քաղաքական դաշտում երկար տարիների պատմություն չուներ և ընտրություններին մասնակցում էր որպես համեմատաբար նոր ուժ։

Քարոզարշավի ընթացքում դաշինքը շեշտադրում էր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը, արդյունաբերության զարգացումը, գյուղատնտեսության աջակցությունը, բնակարանաշինության ծրագրերը և սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծումը։ Անկախ քաղաքական գնահատականներից՝ ակնհայտ է, որ այդ օրակարգը գտավ իր լսարանը և վերածվեց իրական ընտրական աջակցության։

Ընտրությունների արդյունքները նաև ցույց տվեցին, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը կարողացավ ձևավորել կայուն քաղաքական հենարան, որը կարող է կարևոր դեր ունենալ հետագա քաղաքական գործընթացներում։ Հայաստանի քաղաքական պատմությունը բազմիցս ապացուցել է, որ մեծ ընտրազանգված ունեցող ուժերը չեն անհետանում մեկ ընտրությունից հետո, այլ դառնում են երկարաժամկետ քաղաքական գործոն։

Ուստի շուրջ 300 հազար ձայնը պարզապես վիճակագրական ցուցանիշ չէ։ Դա քաղաքական վստահության լուրջ պաշար է, որը ձևավորվել է բարդ պայմաններում իրականացված քարոզարշավի արդյունքում։ Իսկ այն փաստը, որ նորաստեղծ քաղաքական ուժը կարողացավ նման արդյունք գրանցել, արդեն իսկ վկայում է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում ձևավորվել է ազդեցիկ նոր կենտրոն, որի հետ առաջիկա տարիներին ստիպված են լինելու հաշվի նստել թե՛ իշխանությունը, թե՛ մյուս քաղաքական ուժերը։
