3 զոհ՝ 21 օրում. շնաձկների մահացու հարձակումների շարքն անհանգստացրել է Ավստրալիային

Արևմտյան Ավստրալիա նահանգի ափերի մոտ շնաձկան հարձակման հետևանքով 35-ամյա տղամարդ է զոհվել։ Սա վերջին երեք շաբաթվա ընթացքում երկրում շնաձկների հարձակման պատճառով արձանագրված արդեն երրորդ մահացու դեպքն է, հայտնում է «Reuters» գործակալությունը։

Ողբերգությունը տեղի է ունեցել հունիսի 6-ի առավոտյան Մայքլմաս կղզու մոտակայքում՝ Օլբանի քաղաքից ոչ հեռու (Պերթից մոտ 388 կիլոմետր դեպի հարավ)։ Տղամարդն ընտանիքի անդամների հետ ցանկացել է զբաղբել ստորջրյա որսով, սակայն նրա վրա շնաձուկ է հարձակվել։

Տուժածին դուրս են բերել ափ և ցույց տվել առաջին բժշկական օգնությունը։ Սակայն, չնայած բժիշկների գործադրած ջանքերին, տղամարդու կյանքը փրկել չի հաջողվել. նա մահացել է ստացած վնասվածքներից։

Իշխանությունների տվյալներով՝ դեպքից քիչ անց ականատեսները կղզու շրջակայքում մոտ 4,5 մետր երկարությամբ շնաձուկ են նկատել։ Գիշատչի տեսակն առայժմ պարզել չի հաջողվել։

Ձկնորսի մահը վերջին շաբաթներին Ավստրալիայում շնաձկան հարձակման հետևանքով արձանագրված երրորդ մահացու դեպքն էր։ Մայիսի 24-ին Մեծ Արգելախառնութում ձկնորսությամբ զբաղվելու ժամանակ զոհվել է 39-ամյա մի տղամարդ։ Դրանից տասն օր առաջ էլ մեկ այլ՝ 38-ամյա տղամարդ է շնաձկան զոհ դարձել (Պերթից ոչ հեռու գտնվող կղզիներից մեկի մոտակայքում)։

Ըստ բնապահպանների՝ Ավստրալիայում տարեկան արձանագրվում է շնաձկների հարձակման շուրջ 20 դեպք, որոնք, բարեբախտաբար, հազվադեպ են ողբերգական ավարտ ունենում։ Մասնագետները փաստում են, որ ավստրալական լողափերին դժբախտ պատահարների հիմնական պատճառը ոչ թե ծովային գիշատիչներն են, այլ պարզապես ջրում խեղդվելը, ինչից անհամեմատ ավելի շատ մարդ է մահանում։
