ԱՄՆ պետական պարտքը 2027 թվականի ձմռան վերջին կարող է հասնել 41 տրլն դոլարի

ԱՄՆ պետական պարտքը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կհասնի դրա համար սահմանված 41,1 տրլն դոլարի առաստաղին 2027 թվականի ձմռան վերջից մինչև ամռան կեսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում։ Այսպիսի կանխատեսում է ներկայացվել Վաշինգտոնի Երկկուսակցական քաղաքականության կենտրոնի հրապարակած զեկույցում։

Ինչպես այնտեղ նշվել է, 2025 թվականի հուլիսին ԱՄՆ պետական պարտքի առաստաղը բարձրացվել է 5 տրլն դոլարով՝ 36,1 տրլն դոլարից հասնելով 41,1 տրլն դոլարի։ «Այդ ժամանակից ի վեր այս սահմանափակումների տակ ընկնող պարտքի չափը աճել է 2,9 տրլն դոլարով, ինչը կազմել է բարձրացված փոխառության սահմանի ավելի քան կեսը, — արձանագրվել է փաստաթղթում։ — Երկկուսակցական քաղաքականության կենտրոնի գնահատականներով, եթե Կոնգրեսը միջոցներ չձեռնարկի, ԱՄՆ-ը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կրկին կհասնի պետական պարտքի առաստաղին 2027 թվականի ձմռան վերջի և ամռան կեսի միջև ընկած ինչ-որ պահի»։

Այնուհետև, ինչպես բխում է զեկույցից, Վաշինգտոնի վարչակազմը կկարողանա ևս մոտավորապես 6-9 ամիս ֆինանսական ոլորտում արտակարգ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ դեֆոլտից խուսափելու համար։ Դրանից հետո ԱՄՆ-ը «այլևս չի կարողանա ժամանակին ամբողջ ծավալով կատարել իր ֆինանսական պարտավորությունները»։ Դա թույլ չտալու համար Կոնգրեսը և Վաշինգտոնի վարչակազմը, հավանաբար, ստիպված կլինի լուծել պետական պարտքի առաստաղի հետագա բարձրացման հարցը։

Կենտրոնի մասնագետները նշել են, որ պետական պարտքի առաստաղին հասնելու ժամկետները որոշող առանցքային գործոններից մեկը Իրանի դեմ ռազմական գործողության իրականացման ծախսերն են։ Դրանք, ըստ Պենտագոնի վերջին գնահատականների, հասել են 29 մլրդ դոլարի։ Բացի այդ, դրա վրա կազդեն Վաշինգտոնի սահմանած մաքսատուրքերից հնարավոր մուտքերը, ինչպես նաև ԱՄՆ իշխանությունների հնարավոր ծախսերը դրանց փոխհատուցման համար։

ԱՄՆ պետական պարտքը ներկայում կազմում է մոտ 39,2 տրլն դոլար։ Մարտին այն պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ գերազանցել է 39 տրլն, իսկ 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերին՝ 38 տրլն դոլարի նշագիծը։
