Հարցումների գլխավոր ուղերձը․ ընդդիմության հանրագումարային աջակցությունը գերազանցում է իշխանության վարկանիշը

Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին ընդառաջ հրապարակվող տարբեր սոցիոլոգիական հարցումները, չնայած մեթոդաբանության, ընտրանքի և կազմակերպիչների տարբերություններին, արձանագրում են մեկ ընդհանուր միտում․ իշխող քաղաքական ուժի աջակցությունը որևէ հարցման մեջ չի հասնում այն մակարդակին, որը կունենան ընդդիմադիր ուժերը միասին վերցրած։

Վերջին ամիսներին հրապարակված ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ քաղաքական դաշտում ձևավորվել է նոր իրողություն։ Եթե նախորդ ընտրական փուլերում իշխանությունը կարողանում էր պահպանել ակնհայտ առավելություն, ապա այժմ պատկերն այլ է։ Առանձին հարցումներում իշխող ուժը շարունակում է պահպանել առաջին հորիզոնականը, սակայն ընդդիմադիր ուժերի ընդհանուր արդյունքը գերազանցում է նրա վարկանիշը։

Սա կարևոր հանգամանք է ոչ միայն թվաբանական, այլև քաղաքական առումով։ Ընտրություններում որոշիչ նշանակություն ունի ոչ թե մեկ քաղաքական ուժի ստացած տոկոսը, այլ ընդհանուր քաղաքական տրամադրությունը։ Իսկ հարցումները վկայում են, որ հասարակության մեծ մասը փոփոխությունների պահանջ ունի և իր աջակցությունը բաշխում է տարբեր ընդդիմադիր ուժերի միջև։

Քաղաքական վերլուծաբանների գնահատմամբ՝ ընտրությունների հիմնական ինտրիգը հենց այստեղ է։ Իշխանության համար խնդիր է ոչ միայն սեփական վարկանիշի պահպանումը, այլ նաև այն փաստը, որ դժգոհ ընտրազանգվածը քանակապես ավելի մեծ է, քան իր աջակիցների թիվը։ Այդ դժգոհությունը տարբեր քաղաքական կենտրոնների միջև բաժանված լինելու պատճառով դեռևս չի վերածվել մեկ ուժի բացարձակ առավելության, սակայն ընդհանուր պատկերը հստակ է՝ ընդդիմադիր դաշտը հանրագումարային առումով ավելի մեծ աջակցություն ունի։

Հատկանշական է նաև, որ նախընտրական պայքարի ընթացքում ընդդիմադիր ուժերի ակտիվությունը նկատելիորեն աճել է։ Քարոզարշավի ընթացքում նրանց հաջողվել է քաղաքական օրակարգ բերել այնպիսի հարցեր, որոնք անմիջականորեն կապված են քաղաքացիների առօրյա կյանքի, անվտանգության, տնտեսության և սոցիալական խնդիրների հետ։ Այս հանգամանքը ևս իր ազդեցությունն է ունեցել հանրային տրամադրությունների վրա։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, սոցիոլոգիական տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ դեռևս առկա է զգալի թվով տատանվող ընտրողներ, որոնք վերջնական որոշում չեն կայացրել։ Սակայն նույնիսկ այս պայմաններում հարցումների մեծ մասում արձանագրված պատկերը չի փոխվում․ իշխանության աջակցությունը զիջում է ընդդիմադիր ուժերի ընդհանուր արդյունքին։

Ընտրությունների արդյունքը, իհարկե, որոշվելու է քվեատուփերի մոտ, սակայն նախընտրական շրջանի բոլոր հիմնական հարցումները փաստում են նույն միտումը։ Քաղաքական պայքարը մտել է մի փուլ, որտեղ խոսքն այլևս ոչ թե իշխանության անվիճելի գերակայության, այլ իրական մրցակցության մասին է։ Իսկ այդ մրցակցության գլխավոր առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ հանրային աջակցության ընդհանուր ծավալով ընդդիմադիր դաշտն այսօր գերազանցում է իշխող քաղաքական ուժին։
