ՏՄՊՊՀ–ն բենզինի գնի բարձրացում է արձանագրել. կպարզվի թանկացման պատճառը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի բենզինի շուկայում թանկացումներ են գրանցվել: Նշենք նաև, որ օրեր առաջ «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում վարորդներն ահազանգել էին, որ բենզինի գինը հերթական անգամ 10 դրամով թանկացել է:

Մեր նախորդ համարներից մեկում հայտնել էինք նաև, որ Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը բենզինի շուկայում մոնիթորինգ է սկսել, որի արդյունքներն ավելի ուշ կլինեն:

ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահի խորհրդական Գայանե Սահակյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում երեկ հայտնեց, որ մոնիթորինգի արդյունքներն արդեն հայտնի են:

«Հանձնաժողովի մոնիթորինգն արձանագրել է, որ բենզինի գինը 10 դրամով բարձրացել է:

«Ռեգուլյար» տեսակի բենզինը մայրաքաղաքի որոշ բենզալցակայաններում 400–ի փոխարեն վաճառվում է 410 դրամով: Այդուհանդերձ՝ գնի բարձրացումը համատարած բնույթ չի կրում: Քանի որ այս ոլորտում գերիշխող տնտեսվարողներ ունենք, հանձնաժողովն ուսումնասիրություն կիրականացնի՝ հասկանալու գնագոյացման փոփոխության պատճառները: Բնականաբար, չենք կարող մեկ կամ երկու օրվա մեջ գնահատական տալ իրավիճակին, քանի որ պետք է ուսումնասիրել ձեռքբերման փաստաթղթերը, միջազգային շուկայի դինամիկան: Պետք է հասկանանք նաև, թե ինչ փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել այն երկրներում, որոնցից ներկրվում է բենզինը»,–ասաց Գայանե Սահակյանը՝ հավելելով, որ միայն գնային փոփոխության պատճառները հասկանալուց հետո կարող են գնահատական հնչեցնել:

Հարցին, թե ՏՄՊՊՀ–ն ուսումնասիրությունը ե՞րբ կսկսվի, հանձնաժողովի նախագահի խորհրդականը հայտնեց, որ ուսումնասիրությունն արդեն ընթացքի մեջ է. «Երբ մոնիթորինգը բարձրացում է ֆիքսում, հանձնաժողովն արդեն սկսում է պատճառներն ու գնի բարձրացման հիմնավորվածությունը պարզելու համար ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնել»:
