«Աշտարակ–կաթը» որոշել է պայքարել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարզվում է կաթնամթերք արտադրող ամենատարեց ընկերություններից մեկի՝ «Աշտարակ–կաթ» ընկերության աշխատանքը դադարեցնելու հանգամանքը անհանգստացրել է նաև ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությանը: Ներկայումս փոխնախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը զբաղված է այդ հարցի ուսումնասիրությամբ և արդեն մի շարք հանդիպումներ է ունեցել ոչ միայն ընկերության ղեկավարության, այլև արտադրական շղթայի մասնակից այլ օղակների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի մամլո խոսնակ Աննա Օհանյանը «Փաստին» ասաց, որ փոխնախարարն այս պահին հանդիպումներ է ունենում «Աշտարակ–կաթ» ընկերության գործընկերների հետ:
«Հանդիպումներն այս պահին գաղտնի փուլում են և հրապարակման ենթակա չեն: Այս փուլում նախարարությունն անընդհատ կապի մեջ է նաև ընկերության հետ՝ հասկանալու համար, թե փոխադարձ ինչ առաջարկություններ կարող են լինել»,– ասաց մամլո խոսնակը:
Այն, որ խոսքը առաջացած ֆինանսական խնդիրների մասին է` պարզ է, սակայն ինչու առաջացած խնդիրները ենթակա չեն հրապարակման՝ այդքան էլ հասկանալի չէ: Եվ իրականում ո՞ւմ շահերից է բխում առաջնային ինֆորմացիան թաքցնելը: Չէ՞ որ տնտեսության առողջացման համար շատ կարևոր է իմանալ, թե իրականում ում մեղքով են փլվում ընկերությունները: Իսկ շուկայի 40%–ը զբաղեցնող և 600–ից ավելի աշխատակից ունեցող կաթնամթերքի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող այս հսկայի փլուզումը կարող է նույնիսկ տիպային լինել մյուս ուսումնասիրությունների ու բացահայտումների համար: Առավել ևս, որ բոլորը գիտեն, որ նշված ընկերության ֆինանսական դժվարությունները նոր չեն, և դրանք սկսվել են տարիներ առաջ:
Թե ինչքան կտևեն բանակցությունները և ինչ ավարտ կունենան՝ պարզ կլինի առաջիկայում: Եվ արդյո՞ք կաթնամթերքի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող շուկայի առաջատարը այդքան հեշտ կհանձնվի՝ ցույց կտա ժամանակը, բայց որ ինչպես բանան ներկրող անհատին, այնպես էլ այս հսկա ընկերության համար օդ ու ջրի նման կարևոր է եղել վարչապետի թեժ գիծը՝ հետաքրքիր է, որն էլ իր հերթին նոր մտորումների տեղիք է տալիս:
