Քրեական օրենսգիրքը՝ մահակ Փաշինյանի ձեռքում

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, թե Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հաղորդում է ուղարկելու Քննչական կոմիտե՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախընտրական ցուցակի երկրորդ համար Անդրանիկ Թևանյանի դեմ՝ պետական դավաճանության հոդվածով քրեական գործ հարուցելու համար։ Լոռու մարզում նախ Փաշինյանն ակնարկում էր նման հնարավորության մասին առանց անուններ տալու։ Նրա խոսքով, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն էլ կապ ունի օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ. «Մեր հատուկ ծառայություններն օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ ունեն, որ Ծառուկյանի ցուցակի ամենաբարձր տեղերում գտնվողներից մեկն արդեն լրտես է, բառիս բուն իմաստով։ Չեմ բացառում, որ առաջիկա օրերին պետական դավաճանության հոդվածով գործ կհարուցվի»։ Ապա և արդեն Վանաձորում մեծ հանրահավաքի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, թե «ԱԱԾ-ն սահմանված կարգով հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում կուղարկի ՔԿ՝ ակնկալելով, որ Անդրանիկ Թևանյանի դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցվի հայրենիքի դավաճանության հոդվածով»։

«Եվ այս լրտեսական ցանցն ի վերջո վերջնական և ամբողջական արմատախիլ ենք անելու ՀՀ-ից։ Մարդու իրավունքների Եվրոպական դատարանի վճիռը «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով պետք է ի կատար ածվի, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով պետք է երկար տարիներով բանտ նստի։Սամվել Կարապետյանը՝ որպես փողեր լվացող, մանկապարտեզից հոսանքի փողեր գողացող, պետք է երկար տարիներ բանտ նստի ՀՀ-ում»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։ Ըստ էության, գործող իշխանության պարագլխի այս հայտարարությունները և հարուցված քրեական գործը ծաղր են արդարադատության նկատմամբ, և բոլորին է ակնհայտ, որ այս կերպ Փաշինյանը պարզապես ցուցադրում է իր վախերը ընդդիմադիր գործիչներից, փորձում խափանել ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների քարոզարշավը, իսկ Անդրանիկ Թևանյանը ոչ միայն հերքել, այլ հենց Փաշինյանին է մեղադրել պետական դավաճանության մեջ։

Իրականում, գործ ունենք մի իրավիճակի մեջ հետ, երբ Քրեական օրենսգիրքը ծառայեցվում է բացառապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության քմահաճույքներին։ Եվ Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ անում է այս քրեական գործերով, ընտրակաշառքների և բարեգործության արգելքները խախտելու մասին հոդվածների հրապարակումով հիմքեր ստեղծելու՝ ընդդիմադիր ուժերին խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների մասնակցությունից հեռացնելու համար։ Սա հենց այն է, ինչ անվանում են «մոլդովական սցենար»։
