Ռուսաստանը սպառնում է տնտեսական հետևանքներով

Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը, որ տևական ժամանակ տեղի է ունենում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության պատճառով, հղի է ոչ միայն քաղաքական, այլև առաջին հերթին տնտեսական հետևանքներով։ Եվ ռուսական կողմից վերջին շրջանում բազմիցս արվել են նման զգուշացումներ։ ՌԴ Պետդումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինը գրել է, թե Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունից (ԵԱՏՄ) դուրս գալը, ըստ փորձագետների գնահատականների, սպառնում է հայկական տնտեսությանը առնվազն 5 միլիարդ դոլարի կորստով։

«Փորձագետների գնահատականներով՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ից Հայաստանի դուրս գալը կարող է արժենալ երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի 15-20%-ի կորուստ՝ առնվազն 5 մլրդ դոլար… Հայաստանի՝ Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու ձգտումների մասին խոսակցությունների ֆոնին մեր երկրների միջև ապրանքաշրջանառությունը 2025 թվականին կտրուկ նվազել է 45,4%-ով։

Եվ այս բացասական միտումը պահպանվում է»,– գրել է Վոլոդինը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ին միացել է 2015 թվականին, և անդամակցության տասը տարիների ընթացքում երկրի ՀՆԱ-ն աճել է 2,5 անգամ՝ 10,55-ից հասնելով 26,37 միլիարդ դոլարի։ «Բացի իրացման հսկայական շուկա մուտք գործելուց՝ Հայաստանը արտոնություններ է ստացել էներգետիկայի ոլորտում։ Մեր երկիրը Հայաստանին գազ է վաճառում 1000 խորանարդ մետրի դիմաց 177,5 դոլարով։ Այդ նույն ժամանակ Եվրոպայում գինը կազմում է 633 դոլար 1000 խորանարդ մետրի դիմաց։ Հայաստանի արտահանման 25%-ը բաժին է ընկնում Ռուսաստանին»,– նշել է Պետդումայի նախագահը։

Վոլոդինն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանում աշխատող և այնտեղ բիզնես կառուցող Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիները սկսել են փակել իրենց ձեռնարկությունները։ Նրա խոսքով՝ նրանք հեռանում են՝ կապված ապագայի անորոշության և ստեղծված իրավիճակի ու հնարավոր առաջացող խնդիրների հետ։ Միայն այս ակնհայտ փաստերը վկայում են, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ինչ լուրջ վնասներ է հասցնում Հայաստանին, իսկ ԵԱՏՄ-ն լքելու դեպքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների մեծ մասն իր մաշկի վրա է զգալու դրա հետևանքները։ Ուստի, բնական է, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմակիցները հնարավորինս խուսափում են ԵԱՏՄ-ն լքելու մասին խոսելուց, խուսանավում հարցերից, համոզում, թե լուրջ հետևանքներ չեն լինելու։ Բայց ՀՀ տնտեսական ու քաղաքական զարգացումն ապահովելու մեկ տարբերակ կա՝ հեռացնել գործող իշխանությանը։
