ԱՄՆ-ը ակտիվացնում է TRIPP-ի շուրջ աշխատանքները

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հավաստիացնում է, որ TRIPP նախագծի իրագործման շուրջ ամենօրյա աշխատանք է իրականացվում Հայաստանի ու Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այժմ կողմերի միջև ընթանում են նախագծի շուրջ միջպետական պայմանագրի նախագծի վերջնականացման աշխատանքները։ «Նախագծի շուրջ տեղի են ունենում զուգահեռ գործընթացներ․ և՛ տարածքների ուսումնասիրություն է տեղի ունենում, և՛ չի բացառվում, որ, օրինակ, որոշ ենթակառուցվածքների հիմնանորոգում սկսենք՝ երկաթգծի կայարանների և այլնի»,– նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ գործընթացի շրջանակներում նաև միջպետական պայմանագրի նախագծի վերջնականացման աշխատանքներն են ընթանում։ «Մենք ցանկանում ենք հնարավորինս շուտ ստորագրել այն և դե յուրե ուժ հաղորդել դրան։ Գործնականում ամենօրյա աշխատանք է գնում TRIPP-ի շուրջ»,– ընդգծել է Փաշինյանը՝ ասելով, որ այժմ իրականացվում է ինչպես տարածքի ուսումնասիրություն, ներդրումային հետաքրքրությունների ուսումնասիրություն, կառավարման մոդելների ուսումնասիրություն, այնպես էլ դե յուրե նշանակություն ունեցող պայմանագրի ուսումնասիրություն։

Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը մայիսի 12-ին ընդունել էր ԱՄՆ Պետդեպի պատվիրակությանը։ Նրանք քննարկել և համաձայնեցրել էին TRIPP-ի իրականացման հետ կապված գործառնական և իրավական բնույթի մի շարք հարցեր։ Մայիսի 13-ին էլ ընդունել էին Հայաստան այցելած ամերիկյան ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության «Գլոբալ ենթակառուցվածքների ու ներդրումների շուրջ գործակցության հիմնադրամի» պատվիրակությամբ Հայաստան ժամանած ամերիկյան AECOM ընկերության թիմին։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում AECOM-ի ներկայացուցիչները փոխվարչապետին ներկայացրել են մշակվելիք տեխնիկատնտեսական գնահատման շուրջ աշխատանքների հիմնական ուղղություններն ու ակնկալվող արդյունքները։

Տևական ժամանակ, իրանական պատերազմի հետ պայմանավորված, ԱՄՆ-ը քայլեր չէր ձեռնարկում TRIPP նախագծի ուղղությամբ, ավելին, խոսակցություններ էին շրջանառվում, որ այդ նախագիծը վտանգի տակ է՝ կապված թե՛ Իրանի և թե՛ Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշման հետ։ Բայց այժմ ամերիկյան կողմը ոչ միայն զգալի ավելացրել է իր ակտիվությունը, այլև գործնական քայլեր է ձեռնարկում այդ ուղղությամբ՝ փորձելով առնվազն մինչև խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին դնել այնպիսի իրավիճակի մեջ, որ նույնիսկ նոր իշխանության պայմաններում մեր երկիրը խնդիրների բախվի, եթե փորձի հրաժարվել վտանգավոր նախագծից։
