«Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանի հետ չպետք է ստորագրի պայմանագիր, քանի դեռ քարտեզ չկա»․ Էդմոն Մարուքյան

Ադրբեջան-Հայաստան նախաստորագրված խաղաղության համաձայնագրում, ըստ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ, կուսակցության նախընտրական ցուցակը գլխավորող Էդմոն Մարուքյանի, երեք անթույլատրելի կետեր կան։ Դրանք են՝ սահմանին երրորդ ուժերի մասին կետը, Հայաստանը չպետք է Ադրբեջանի պահանջով ստանձնի այնպիսի պարտավորություն, որի արդյունքում ստիպված կլինի սկսել քննություններ վերջին 30 տարվա մարտական գործողությունների մասնակիցների նկատմամբ։ Նաև՝ Հայաստանը չպետք է ստորագրի պայմանագիր, քանի դեռ քարտեզ չկա, որով Ադրբեջանը կճանաչի Հայաստանը, իսկ ներկայիս բանակցված փաստաթղթում չկա նման քարտեզ։

Էդմոն Մարուքյանն ուշադրություն է հրավիրում այն հանգամանքին, որ «Լուսավոր Հայաստանը» միակ ուժն է, որը դեմ է Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը ներկայիս տեսքով ստորագրելուն և խոսում է այն վերաբանակցելու մասին։

«Ադրբեջանը չի ճանաչել Հայաստանը։ Ով հակառակն է ասում՝ խաբում է։ Քարտեզ չկա, սահմաններ չկան։ Հայաստանը, ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի, հայտարարել է ճանաչման մասին՝ որոշակի տարածքի շրջանակում»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ պայմանագրում պետք է լինի կետ երեք երկրների երաշխավորների մասին, կամ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը պետք է հաստատի Երևանի և Բաքվի ստորագրած փաստաթուղթը։

Էդմոն Մարուքյանի համոզմամբ՝ նաև արցախցիների վերադարձը պետք է լինի Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի օրակարգում․ «Այսօր դա իրատեսական չէ, վաղը կարող է իրատեսական լինել։ Բոլոր ապացույցներից հրաժարվելը չի բխում Հայաստանի շահերից»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է իշխանական ճամբարի հայտարարություններին, թե եթե ՔՊ-ն չհաղթի այս ընտրություններում, պատերազմ կլինի, Էդմոն Մարուքյանն ասում է․ «Ստում և շանտաժի են ենթարկում սեփական ժողովրդին»։

«Լուսավոր Հայաստանն» այսօր քարոզարշավն իրականացրեց Կենտրոնական բանկի մոտ։ Կուսակցության անդամները դժգոհ են պետության դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունից․ ԿԲ-ն վարկերը 6-7 տոկոսով տալիս է առևտրային բանկերին, նրանք դա վարկերի տեսքով մարդկանց տալիս են 18-20 տոկոսով՝ հսկայական գումարներ աշխատելով և գերշահույթներ գեներացնելով, ինչի պատճառով էլ դեմ են արտահայտվում վարկային տոկոսները նվազեցնելու բոլոր նախաձեռնություններին, իսկ պետությունն իր կարգավորիչ դերը կատարելու փոխարեն խթանում է, որ բոլոր գործարքները բանկերով իրականացվեն, և ժողովրդին կեղեքելու շղթան չավարտվի։
