Հայաստանում կընդլայնվի ոչխարաբուծությամբ և այծաբուծությամբ զբաղվող շահառուների շրջանակը

Ոչխարաբուծության և այծաբուծության զարգացման 2024-2028 թթ. ծրագիրը  լավարկելու նպատակով՝ Կառավարությունն ընդունել է որոշում։ Որոշման ընդունումը պայմանավորված է ոլորտի զարգացման խթանման, պետական աջակցության ծրագրերի արդյունավետության բարձրացման և կենդանիների հաշվառման միասնական համակարգի կիրառման ապահովման անհրաժեշտությամբ։

Որոշման ընդունումը հնարավորություն կընձեռնի ընդլայնել ոչխարաբուծությամբ և այծաբուծությամբ զբաղվող շահառուների շրջանակը, ավելացնել պետական աջակցությամբ շահառուների կողմից ավելի շատ գլխաքանակ ձեռք բերելու հնարավորությունները, որը կնպաստի տոհմային կենդանիների տեսակարար կշիռի, ոչխարաբուծական և այծաբուծական արտադրանքի ծավալների ավելացմանը։ Ըստ այդմ՝   առաջարկվում է ձեռք բերվող տոհմային կենդանիների առավելագույն գլխաքանակը 300-ից հասցնել 1,000-ի:

Միաժամանակ, նախատեսվում է հստակեցնել ծրագրին մասնակցության համար ներկայացվող փաստաթղթերի շրջանակը՝ ձեռք բերվող կենդանիների գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների հաշվառման տեղեկատվական համակարգում ներառված լինելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկանքի ներկայացման պահանջ։ Բացի այդ, ձեռք բերված կենդանիների՝ գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների հաշվառման տեղեկատվական համակարգում ներառված լինելու փաստի ապահովումը կնպաստի կենդանիների հաշվառման ամբողջականության, ծրագրի շահառուների նկատմամբ վերահսկողության արդյունավետության և պետական աջակցության հասցեականության բարձրացմանը։

Ինչպես նշել է  էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Խոջոյանը, մասնավոր հատվածից ստացել են ազդակներ, որ ավելի մեծ գլխաքանակի դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի ոչ միայն ավելի խոշոր ֆերմերային տնտեսություններ ստեղծել մսի արտադրության համար, այլև արտադրել կաթ և վերամշակել: «Այս առումով առաջարկվում է ծրագրով սահմանված առավելագույն շեմը 300-ից բարձրացնել մինչև 1,000 գլուխ մանր եղջերավոր կենդանու: Միաժամանակ կենդանիների հետագծելիությունն ապահովելու նպատակով նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանել նաև պահանջ, որ ներկրված կամ տեղի շուկայից ձեռք բերված տոհմային կենդանիները պետք է գրանցված լինեն գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների հաշվառման տեղեկատվական համակարգում»,- ասել է փոխնախարարը:

Արման Խոջոյանը նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ նախորդիվ իրականացրած ծրագրերի արդյունքում արդեն շուրջ 2,350 գլուխ մանր եղջերավոր կենդանի է ձեռք բերվել, իսկ այս տարի արդեն հաստատվել է 1,300 գլուխ մանր եղջերավոր կենդանու ձեռքբերման հայտ:
