Հումքից դեպի պատրաստի արտադրանք․ Սամվել Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման իր տեսլականը

Հայաստանը պետք է հրաժարվի միայն հումքի արտահանման տնտեսությունից և անցնի բարձր ավելացված արժեք ունեցող արտադրությունների ստեղծման ճանապարհով։ Այս մասին Արարատի և Արմավիրի մարզերի բնակիչների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի վարչապետի թեկնածու, գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը։

Մայիսի 11-ին կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է հայկական գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքը համաշխարհային շուկաներ դուրս բերելու իր ռազմավարությունը՝ շեշտադրելով, որ երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ է ոչ միայն բերք արտադրել, այլև այն վերածել մրցունակ վերջնական արտադրանքի։

Հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել Կարապետյանի առանձնատան բակում, քանի որ նա գտնվում է տնային կալանքի տակ և հնարավորություն չունի ընտրողների հետ հանդիպումներ անցկացնել այլ վայրերում։
Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսության ամենախոցելի կողմերից մեկը շարունակում է մնալ ֆերմերների կախվածությունը արտաքին լոգիստիկ ուղիներից, մասնավորապես՝ Վերին Լարսի անցակետից։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ յուրաքանչյուր փակ ճանապարհ կամ արտահանման գործընթացում առաջացած խոչընդոտ անմիջապես ծանր հարված է հասցնում գյուղացուն։

Քաղաքական գործիչը նշել է, որ անընդունելի է այն իրավիճակը, երբ գյուղացիները ստիպված են լինում բերքը վաճառել չնչին գնով կամ անգամ ոչնչացնել այն՝ արտահանման խնդիրների պատճառով։ Նրա համոզմամբ՝ խնդրի լուծումը վերամշակող արտադրությունների զարգացումն է հենց մարզերում։
«Երբ մենք ստեղծում ենք ավելացված արժեք, վախը, թե այսօր Լարսը բաց է, թե փակ, անհետանում է։ Եթե ապրանքը վերամշակված է, մենք կարող ենք այն այսօր հապճեպ չվաճառել, այլ իրացնել մի քանի ամիս անց՝ շատ ավելի շահավետ գնով»,- պարզաբանել է բարերարը։

Կարապետյանի ներկայացրած ծրագրի առանցքում հայկական գյուղմթերքի վերափոխումն է բարձրորակ պատրաստի արտադրանքի։ Նրա խոսքով՝ հայկական ծիրանը, խաղողը և մյուս գյուղատնտեսական մթերքները պետք է միջազգային շուկաներ դուրս գան ոչ թե որպես հումք, այլ որպես ազգային բրենդ ներկայացնող պատրաստի արտադրանք։ Այդ մոտեցումը, ըստ նրա, թույլ կտա բազմապատկել գյուղական համայնքների եկամուտները, ստեղծել նոր աշխատատեղեր և ամրապնդել Հայաստանի դիրքերը միջազգային շուկայում։

Նրա հայտարարությունները հնչել են Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի ընթացքում, որը, քաղաքական շրջանակներում հնչող գնահատականների համաձայն, ընթանում է լարված և անհավասար պայմաններում։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդը շարունակում է գտնվել տնային կալանքի տակ և զրկված է ընտրողների հետ անմիջական հանդիպումների ու ազատ քարոզչություն իրականացնելու հնարավորությունից, ինչը շարունակում է մնալ հանրային և քաղաքական քննարկումների թեմա։
