Քարոզարշավ առանց հավասար պայմանների

Հունիսի 7-ին կայանալիք Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների քարոզարշավը պաշտոնապես մեկնարկել է, սակայն արդեն առաջին օրերից ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ քաղաքական ուժերի համար ստեղծված պայմանները հավասար չեն։ Ընդդիմադիր դաշտի ներկայացուցիչները շարունակում են պնդել, որ ընտրական գործընթացը ընթանում է լուրջ սահմանափակումների և քաղաքական ճնշումների պայմաններում։

Առավել քննարկվող թեմաներից մեկը «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Սամվել Կարապետյանի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակն է։ Նա շարունակում է գտնվել տնային կալանքի տակ և զրկված է ընտրողների հետ անմիջական շփման և լիարժեք քարոզարշավ իրականացնելու հնարավորությունից։ Այս հանգամանքը քաղաքական շրջանակներում արդեն գնահատվում է որպես ընտրական գործընթացի վրա ազդող կարևոր գործոն։

Ընդդիմադիր շրջանակների համոզմամբ՝ նման իրավիճակը խոսում է այն մտավախությունների մասին, որոնք գործող իշխանությունը ցուցաբերում է խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ։ Քաղաքական պայքարը, նրանց գնահատմամբ, պետք է ընթանա բաց և հավասար պայմաններում, մինչդեռ այսօր ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերից մեկը փաստացի զրկված է իր առաջնորդի անմիջական մասնակցությունից։

Միևնույն ժամանակ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը շարունակում է հայտարարել, որ պատրաստ է ստանձնել քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն և առաջարկել երկրի զարգացման սեփական տեսլականը։ Կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները շեշտում են, որ Հայաստանի համար այս բարդ ժամանակահատվածում անհրաժեշտ են ուժեղ տնտեսություն, կայունություն, ամուր դիվանագիտական կապեր և երկարատև խաղաղություն ապահովելու ունակ քաղաքական որոշումներ։

Քաղաքական դաշտում քննարկվում է նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ վերջին շրջանում տարբեր հարցումների արդյունքներով «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը շարունակում է պահպանել նկատելի աջակցություն։ Կուսակցության համակիրները վստահ են, որ հանրության մի հատված իրենց քաղաքական ուժի մեջ տեսնում է փոփոխությունների հնարավորություն և նոր քաղաքական ուղի։

Այս ֆոնին ընդդիմադիր շրջանակները պնդում են, որ քաղաքական ճնշումները, կուսակցության անդամների ձերբակալությունները և տարբեր սահմանափակումները չեն տալիս այն արդյունքը, որ ակնկալում են իշխանությունները։ Ընդհակառակը, նման գործընթացները, նրանց համոզմամբ, ավելի են խորացնում հասարակական դժգոհությունն ու քաղաքական բևեռացումը։

Ընտրություններին մնացել է ընդամենը մի քանի շաբաթ, և արդեն հիմա ակնհայտ է, որ քարոզարշավը լինելու է լարված ու բուռն։ Սակայն գլխավոր հարցը շարունակում է մնալ նույնը՝ որքանո՞վ կհաջողվի ապահովել իրական մրցակցային պայմաններ և հանրության վստահությունը ընտրական գործընթացի նկատմամբ։
