Սամվել Մկրտչյանի «Յագուարն» ու «06»–ը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում հաճախ ենք հանդիպում մի բանի, երբ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան և՛ թանկարժեք, և՛ բավական էժանագին ավտոմեքենա է հայտարարագրում։ Դրանց թվում է նաև Լիբանանի Հանրապետությունում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սամվել Մկրտչյանը։
Վերջինս հայտարարագրել է «JAGUAR S–TYPE V6 3.0» և «VAZ 2106» մակնիշի երկու ավտոմեքենա։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ դեսպանն իր երկրորդ ավտոմեքենայից հազվադեպ է օգտվում, քանի որ բրիտանական արտադրության ավտոմեքենան մի քանի տասնյակ «գլուխ» բարձր է սովետական «06»–ից։
Սամվել Մկրտչյանը հայտարարագրել է նաև մեկ բնակարան և մեկ շինություն, որը դեռևս պետական գրանցում չի ստացել։ Դեսպանի՝ պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ ունեցած դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 1 միլիոն 100 հազար դրամ։ Իսկ եկամուտներն էլ ստացվել են աշխատավարձից և կազմել 1 միլիոն 80 հազար դրամ։
Մկրտչյանը մինչ դեսպանի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելը 2011 թ.–ից աշխատել է որպես ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության սպառազինությունների վերահսկման և միջազգային անվտանգության վարչության պետ։
