Քարոզարշավի մեկնարկն ու իշխանության վախերը

Հունիսի 7-ին կայանալիք Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների քարոզարշավը պաշտոնապես մեկնարկել է։ Սակայն արդեն առաջին օրերից ակնհայտ է, որ քաղաքական ուժերը պայքարում են ոչ հավասար պայմաններում։ Հատկապես ուշադրության կենտրոնում է հայտնվել «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Սամվել Կարապետյանի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը, որը բազմաթիվ հարցեր է առաջացնում քաղաքական գործընթացների ազատության և ընտրական միջավայրի վերաբերյալ։

Սամվել Կարապետյանը շարունակում է գտնվել տնային կալանքի տակ և զրկված է ընտրողների հետ անմիջական շփում իրականացնելու հնարավորությունից։ Փաստացի, ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժի առաջնորդը չի կարողանում անձամբ մասնակցել քարոզարշավին, հանդիպել քաղաքացիների հետ և ներկայացնել իր ծրագրերը ուղիղ հաղորդակցության միջոցով։ Այս իրավիճակը բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների և փորձագիտական շրջանակների մոտ ընկալվում է որպես քաղաքական սահմանափակումների հերթական դրսևորում։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը շարունակում է ակտիվ քաղաքական գործունեությունը՝ ներկայացնելով իր ծրագրային մոտեցումներն ու երկրի զարգացման տեսլականը։ Կուսակցության առանցքային շեշտադրումներից են տնտեսության ամրապնդումը, նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը, սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծումը, կայուն պետական կառավարման ձևավորումը և արտաքին հարաբերություններում հավասարակշռված քաղաքականության ապահովումը։

Սամվել Կարապետյանի կողմից ներկայացված տնտեսական հինգ քայլերի ծրագիրը կուսակցության համակիրները դիտարկում են որպես տնտեսական և սոցիալական իրավիճակի փոփոխության հստակ ճանապարհային քարտեզ։ Կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները պնդում են, որ այդ մոտեցումները կարող են նպաստել ներդրումների աճին, բիզնես միջավայրի ակտիվացմանը և քաղաքացիների սոցիալական վիճակի բարելավմանը։

Քաղաքական զարգացումներին զուգահեռ շարունակվում են նաև տարբեր ճնշումների վերաբերյալ քննարկումները։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամների նկատմամբ իրականացվող ձերբակալությունները և տարբեր սահմանափակումները ընդդիմադիր շրջանակներում գնահատվում են որպես քաղաքական պայքարի գործիքներ։ Սակայն, ըստ նրանց, այդ քայլերը չեն կարողանում փոխել հասարակության տրամադրությունները։

Վերջին շրջանում հրապարակվող տարբեր հարցումների արդյունքները ևս ցույց են տալիս, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը շարունակում է պահպանել նկատելի աջակցություն ընտրողների շրջանում։ Շատերի համար այդ քաղաքական ուժը ներկայացվում է որպես նոր քաղաքական ուղղություն և գործող իրավիճակից դուրս գալու այլընտրանքային տարբերակ։ Քաղաքական պայքարի թեժ փուլ մտնող Հայաստանը, ըստ ամենայնի, առաջիկա շաբաթներին ականատես կլինի առավել լարված և սկզբունքային դիմակայության։
