Երիտասարդության ձայնը փոփոխության պահանջ է․ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ուղերձը

«Առաջին հերթին պետք է փոխել Փաշինյանին։ Դրանից հետո, ինչպես ինձ է թվում, շատ ավելի հեշտ կլինի մտածել մնացած բոլոր հարցերի մասին»։ Այս մասին մայիսի 3-ին երիտասարդների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ, վարչապետի թեկնածու Սամվել Կարապետյանը։

Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ այսօր Հայաստանում ձևավորվել է մտահոգիչ իրավիճակ, երբ հասարակության մի զգալի հատված հայտնվել է անորոշության և ապատիայի մեջ։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ գործող իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը լճացում է առաջացրել ոչ միայն երիտասարդների, այլև հասարակության լայն շրջանակների շրջանում։

«Այսօր մարդկանց մոտավորապես 25%-ը գտնվում է մոլորված վիճակում։ Դուք պետք է դա փոխեք, դուք պետք է համառորեն արտահայտեք ձեր կարծիքը, համառորեն պայքարեք, որովհետև առանց դրա, առանց ձեր պայքարի, կրկնում եմ, մեզ շատ դժվար կլինի», - նշել է նա։

Կուսակցության առաջնորդը կարևորել է հատկապես երիտասարդների դերը՝ ընդգծելով, որ փոփոխությունների հիմնական շարժիչ ուժը հենց նրանք պետք է լինեն։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակը հաղթահարելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ոչ միայն դժգոհություն արտահայտել, այլև հետևողականորեն պայքարել սեփական համոզմունքների համար։

«Մենք պետք է առաջին քայլն անենք միասին։ Երկրորդ քայլի հարցում մի՛ կասկածեք, ես միշտ հավատարիմ եմ եղել իմ խոսքին, և հիմա էլ վստահեցնում եմ ձեզ, որ հաջորդ քայլերը շատ ավելի հեշտ կլինեն», - ասել է Կարապետյանը։

Նա անդրադարձել է նաև հասարակության հոգեբանական վիճակին՝ նշելով, որ մարդիկ ապրում են մշտական տեղեկատվական ճնշման պայմաններում և հաճախ կորցնում են վաղվա օրվա հանդեպ վստահությունը։

«Նրանց առավոտից երեկո կերակրում են ստով, մարդիկ իսկապես մոլորված են, մարդիկ չեն պատկերացնում իրենց վաղվա օրը, նրանք չեն պատկերացնում, որ վաղը մենք Հայաստան չենք ունենալու, բոլորը փորձում են լուծել իրենց ընթացիկ խնդիրները, սակայն մենք ազգ ենք, որը պետք է նայի ապագային, իսկ դուք պետք է ավելի շատ նայեք ապագային», - ընդգծել է նա։

Վերջին շրջանում քաղաքական գործընթացներում նկատելի է երիտասարդների ակտիվության աճը։
Հանրային տարբեր հարթակներում ավելի հաճախ են հնչում գործող իշխանությունների հասցեին քննադատություններ, իսկ երիտասարդների շրջանում մեծանում է քաղաքական գործընթացներին մասնակցելու հետաքրքրությունը։

Այս ֆոնին Սամվել Կարապետյանի հայտարարությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ առաջիկա քաղաքական զարգացումներում առանցքային նշանակություն է ունենալու հենց երիտասարդության դիրքորոշումն ու մասնակցությունը։ Շատերի համոզմամբ՝ հասարակության մեջ փոփոխությունների պահանջն աստիճանաբար ուժեղանում է, իսկ երիտասարդներն ավելի ու ավելի են դառնում այդ պահանջի ամենաակտիվ կրողները։ Քաղաքական դիտորդների գնահատմամբ՝ հենց երիտասարդ սերնդի ակտիվությունն ու ներգրավվածությունը կարող են վճռորոշ դեր ունենալ Հայաստանի առաջիկա քաղաքական գործընթացներում։
