Այս իշխանության համար միակ «եվրոպական» վարքագիծը հակառուսականությունն է, որի գինը վճարելու է շարքային քաղաքացին՝ ոչ մի միլիմետրով չմոտեցնելով Հայաստանը Եվրոպային․ Օսկանյան

Այս իշխանության համար միակ «եվրոպական» վարքագիծը հակառուսականությունն է, որի գինը վճարելու է շարքային քաղաքացին՝ ոչ մի միլիմետրով չմոտեցնելով Հայաստանը Եվրոպային՝ ոչ բովանդակային, ոչ արժեքային իմաստով։

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 2018 թվականին իր վարչապետությունը սկսեց Երևանում անցկացված ֆրանկոֆոն պետությունների ղեկավարների բարձրակարգ գագաթնաժողովով, և հնարավոր է, որ այն ավարտի Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովով։ Այն, ինչ նախատեսված էր որպես ներքաղաքական խթան, կարող է վերածվել ռազմավարական սխալի։

Փաշինյանի համար արտաքին քաղաքականությունը երբեք չի եղել երկրի շահերի պաշտպանության գործիք։ Արտաքին քաղաքական անզգույշ, կտրուկ և անբովանդակ մանիֆեստները բացառապես ներքին լսարանում դիվիդենտներ շահելու նպատակ են ունեցել։ Դրա հետևանքով Հայաստանի նման խոցելի դիրքում գտնվող երկրում հավասարակշռված և մտածված քաղաքականություն վարելու փոխարեն, Փաշինյանն իրեն հռչակել է որպես «Հայաստանը Եվրոպա տանող»։

Սակայն եթե մի քանի տարի առաջ այս մակերեսային «ծրագրին» հավատացողներ կային, այսօր արդեն ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանը Եվրոպային ոչ մի քայլով չի մոտեցել, փոխարենը դարձել է աշխարհաքաղաքական հակադրության մարտադաշտ։ Այս «մարտում» Հայաստանը շահելու ոչինչ չունի։ Շահ ունի միայն իշխանությունը, որը հույս ունի հակառուսական օրակարգի դիմաց ստանալ եվրոպացիների լռությունը՝ իր հակաժողովրդավարական քայլերի նկատմամբ։

Սակայն քաղաքացին անցած ութ տարվա ընթացքում արդեն հասկացել է, որ այս քաղաքականության հետևանքով Հայաստանը կորցրել է իր անվտանգային համակարգը, կրել է ահռելի կորուստներ, իսկ դրա դիմաց ոչինչ չի ստացել։ Այս իշխանությունը նույնիսկ կենցաղային հարցում՝ վիզայի ազատականացման խնդրում, չի կարողացել որևէ արդյունք ստանալ եվրոպական չինովնիկներից։

Հայաստանը, այո՛, պետք է սերտ կապեր ունենա Եվրամիության հետ։ Բայց այս իշխանությունն ապացուցել է, որ այդ ուղղությամբ ևս որևէ առաջընթաց չի արձանագրել։ Նրանց համար միակ «եվրոպական» վարքագիծը հակառուսականությունն է, որի գինը վճարելու է շարքային քաղաքացին՝ ոչ մի միլիմետրով չմոտեցնելով Հայաստանը Եվրոպային՝ ոչ բովանդակային, ոչ արժեքային իմաստով։

Այդ համատեքստում Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովը՝ իր օրակարգով, ընդունվելիք հայտարարություններով և այնպիսի գործիչների ներկայությամբ, ինչպիսին է Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկին, կարող է ավելի ընդգծել Հայաստանի անհավասարակշիռ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը՝ խորացնելով մտահոգությունները նման ընթացքի տնտեսական ու անվտանգային բացասական հետևանքների վերաբերյալ։

Ուստի Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր քվեարկողի համար առավել ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ գագաթնաժողովից մեկ ամիս անց Փաշինյանին տրված յուրաքանչյուր քվե կարող է լինել ի վնաս Հայաստանի անվտանգության և տնտեսական կենսունակության»:
