Հայ օգտատերերի փակված էջերի հարցով՝ դիմում միջազգային հարթակներին

«Փաստ»-ը ստացել է Հայաստանի մի շարք քաղաքացիների դիմումը, ովքեր տեղեկացնում են, որ վերջին շրջանում տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով փակվել են իրենց յութուբյան ալիքները, ֆեյսբուքյան էջերը և անհատական օգտահաշիվները։ Դիմողներն ընդգծում են, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է հիմնականում այն օգտատերերին, ովքեր իրենց հրապարակումներում արտահայտել են մտահոգություններ երկրի ներկայի և ապագայի վերաբերյալ՝ փորձելով մասնակցել հանրային քննարկումներին։

Դիմումի հեղինակները նշում են, որ նման սահմանափակումները հակասում են ազատ խոսքի հիմնարար իրավունքին և անհամատեղելի են ժողովրդավարական արժեքների հետ։ Նրանց համոզմամբ՝ երբ սահմանափակվում է քաղաքացիների ազատ արտահայտվելու հնարավորությունը, վտանգի տակ է հայտնվում ոչ միայն անհատի իրավունքը, այլև հանրային առողջ քննարկումների միջավայրը։
Դիմումում մասնավորապես ասվում է․

«Մենք՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ակտիվ քաղաքացիներս, դիմում ենք ԱՄՆ սենատորներին՝ Ջին Շահինին և Թոմ Թիլիսին, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան հարթակների ղեկավարներին՝ վերանայելու և վերականգնելու հայ օգտատերերի յութուբյան ալիքները, ֆեյսբուքյան էջերը և անհատական օգտահաշիվները, որոնք փակվել են առանց բավարար հիմնավորման։

Մենք խորապես մտահոգված ենք այն հանգամանքով, որ ժողովրդավարական արժեքներ հռչակող միջավայրում սահմանափակվում է ազատ խոսքի իրավունքը։ Փակվում են հասարակ քաղաքացիների ալիքները, էջերը և օգտահաշիվները, որոնք արտահայտում են իրենց դիրքորոշումը և մտահոգված են իրենց երկրի վաղվա օրով։

Խնդրում ենք ԱՄՆ սենատորներին՝ Ջին Շահինին և Թոմ Թիլիսին և համապատասխան հարթակների ղեկավարներին՝ ուշադրություն դարձնել այս խնդրին և աջակցել արդարության վերականգնմանը։ Հուսով ենք, որ մեր դիմումը չի մերժվի, և կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կվերականգնվեն մեր ալիքները և էջերը»։

Դիմումի հեղինակները վստահություն են հայտնում, որ բարձրացված հարցը կստանա անհրաժեշտ արձագանք, և խնդիրը կլուծվի իրավաչափ և թափանցիկ գործընթացների շրջանակում՝ ապահովելով խոսքի ազատության պահպանումը և օգտատերերի իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը։
