Քարոզչական ճնշումների ֆոնին՝ սրվող քաղաքական պայքար

Ներքաղաքական դաշտում մրցակցությունը գնալով սրվում է, և ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ավելի հաճախ են կիրառվում տեղեկատվական և քարոզչական տարբեր գործիքներ։ Վերջին շրջանում արձանագրվող զարգացումները ցույց են տալիս, որ պայքարը տեղափոխվում է ոչ միայն գաղափարների, այլև ազդեցության մեթոդների հարթություն։ Քննարկումների կենտրոնում հայտնված ընտրությունները բոյկոտելու կոչ անող թռուցիկը, որը քննադատում էր հիմնական թեկնածուներին՝ բացառությամբ Սամվել Կարապետյանի, տարբեր շրջանակներում գնահատվել է որպես սադրանքի օրինակ։

Քաղաքական վերլուծաբանների մի մասը նման քայլերը դիտարկում է որպես ներքաղաքական լարվածության և մրցակցության խորացման արտահայտություն։ Իշխանության հասցեին հնչող գնահատականների համաձայն՝ նման մեթոդների կիրառումը պայմանավորված է ընդդիմադիր դաշտում տեղի ունեցող ակտիվացմամբ, որտեղ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը դիտարկվում է որպես ազդեցիկ դերակատար։ Վարկաբեկման փորձերը, ըստ այդ մոտեցման, ոչ միայն չեն թուլացնում, այլև հակառակը՝ ընդգծում են տվյալ ուժի աճող ազդեցությունը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ նկատվում է, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստանը» ընդլայնում է իր քաղաքական ներկայությունը՝ ներգրավելով նոր գործընկերների և քաղաքական դերակատարների։ Այս գործընթացը նպաստում է կուսակցության կազմակերպական ամրապնդմանը և ավելի լայն ընտրազանգվածի ձևավորմանը։ Նման զարգացումները բնականաբար սրում են մրցակցությունը և բարձրացնում քաղաքական պայքարի ինտենսիվությունը։

Քաղաքական դաշտում տարածվող այն պնդումները, թե ընդդիմադիր ուժերը զբաղվում են հակաօրինական գործունեությամբ, տարբեր փորձագետների կողմից գնահատվում են որպես տեղեկատվական պայքարի մաս։ Վերջին տարիների փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ նման մեղադրանքները միշտ չէ, որ ունեն ազդեցություն հանրային կարծիքի վրա, հատկապես այն դեպքում, երբ հասարակությունը ձևավորել է իր սեփական գնահատականները քաղաքական ուժերի վերաբերյալ։

Ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ձևավորվում է մի իրավիճակ, որտեղ կողմերը փորձում են առավելագույնս ազդել հանրային ընկալումների վրա։ Գործող իշխանության ռազմավարությունը, ըստ մի շարք գնահատականների, միտված է մինչև ընտրությունները ձևավորել այն պատկերացումը, թե ընդդիմադիր ուժերը խախտում են օրենքը։ Սակայն քաղաքական գործընթացների ընթացքը ցույց է տալիս, որ նման մոտեցումները միշտ չէ, որ ապահովում են ակնկալվող արդյունքը։

Այս փուլում ակնհայտ է, որ քաղաքական պայքարը մտնում է վճռորոշ շրջան։ Տարբեր սոցիալական և քաղաքական ցուցիչներ վկայում են մրցակցության աճի մասին, որտեղ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, այդ թվում՝ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը, փորձում են ընդլայնել իրենց ազդեցությունը։ Ստեղծված իրավիճակում ընտրությունների արդյունքը մեծապես կախված է ոչ միայն քարոզչական պայքարից, այլ նաև այն բանից, թե որքան վստահություն կձևավորվի հասարակության շրջանում։
