Սրտի կաթիլներով, ջրով, սննդով հերթ կանգնելու փոխարեն օգտվեք որոշումից. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այն թոշակառուները, ովքեր հիվանդ են, անկողնում պառկած են և չեն կարող գնալ իրենց տարածքային անձնագրային ծառայություն ID ստանալու դիմում գրելու կամ լուսանկարվելու համար, նրանց հարազատները կարող են իրենց փոխարեն դիմել անձնագրային, շարժական կայանով լուսանկարելու համար հերթագրվելու և փաստաթուղթը ստանալու համար:

«Եթե չհասցնենք նկարել և մեր մեղքով ID տրամադրելու ուշացում լինի, ապա անձը չի զրկվի թոշակից: Կտրվի գրավոր տեղեկանք, որպեսզի վերջինս խնդիրներ չունենա»,– «Փաստի» հարցին ի պատասխան տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության պետ Մնացական Բիչախչյանը:

Ի դեպ, կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումը կարգավորում է խնդիրը, որտեղ սևով սպիտակի վրա գրված է, թե ինքնուրույն տեղաշարժվելու ունակություն չունեցող անձի լիազոր ներկայացուցիչն ինչ կարգով պետք է լուծի խնդիրը:

Կառավարության որոշմամբ հիվանդանոցում կամ տանը գտնվող և շարժվելու հնարավորությունից զրկված անձին իր բնակավայրում լուսանկարելու և ապա անձնագիր կամ նույնականացման քարտ տրամադրելու համար խնամակալը պետք է անձնագրայինին ներկայացնի հիվանդանոցի կամ պոլիկլինիկայի տեղեկանքը, որը կկցվի դիմումին:

«Եթե անձնագրային ծառայությունը չկարողանա սահմանված ժամկետում քաղաքացու գտնվելու վայրում իրականացնել լուսանկարահանումը, պետք չէ անհանգստանալ: Կտրվի գրավոր տեղեկանք, որպեսզի վերջինս մինչև նույնականացման քարտը կամ անձնագիրը ստանալը խնդիրներ չունենա»,– տեղեկացրեց Մ. Բիչախչյանը:

Այնպես որ, սիրելի մեծահասակներ, եթե վատառողջ եք և ֆիզիկապես ի վիճակի չեք ժամերով հերթ կանգնել անձնագրայինի գրասենյակներում, օգտվեք կառավարության այս որոշումից և սրտի կաթիլներով, ջրով ու սնունդով բեռնավորված՝ օրերով հերթ մի կանգնեք տարածքային անձնագրային ծառայության գրասենյակներում:
