ԱՄԷ-ն դուրս է գալիս ՕՊԵԿ-ից և ՕՊԵԿ+-ից

Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները հայտարարել է ՕՊԵԿ-ից և ՕՊԵԿ+-ից դուրս գալու մասին, ինչը ծանր հարված է նավթ արտահանող խմբերին և նրանց փաստացի առաջնորդ Սաուդյան Արաբիային այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ իրանական պատերազմը պատճառ է դարձել պատմական էներգետիկ ցնցման և ապակայունացրել համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը:

ՕՊԵԿ-ի երկարամյա անդամ ԱՄԷ-ի անսպասելի կորուստը կարող է քաոս ստեղծել և թուլացնել խումբը, որը սովորաբար ձգտում էր միասնական ճակատ հանդես բերել՝ չնայած աշխարհաքաղաքականությունից մինչև արդյունահանման քվոտաներ ներառող տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ առկա ներքին տարաձայնություններին։

ՕՊԵԿ-ի անդամ Ծոցի արտադրողներն արդեն իսկ դժվարությամբ էին իրականացնում արտահանումը Հորմուզի նեղուցով՝ իրանական սպառնալիքների և նավերի վրա հարձակումների պատճառով։

Սակայն ԱՄԷ-ի դուրս գալը ՕՊԵԿ-ից մեծ հաղթանակ է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի համար, ով մեղադրել էր կազմակերպությանը նավթի գները ուռճացնելու միջոցով աշխարհի մնացած մասին թալանելու մեջ։

Թրամփը նաև կապել է ԱՄՆ ռազմական աջակցությունը Ծոցի երկրներին նավթի գների հետ՝ հայտարարելով, որ քանի դեռ ԱՄՆ-ը պաշտպանում է ՕՊԵԿ-ի անդամներին, նրանք շահագործում են դա՝ սահմանելով նավթի բարձր գներ։

Այս քայլին ԱՄԷ-ն՝ տարածաշրջանային գործարար կենտրոնը և Վաշինգտոնի կարևորագույն դաշնակիցներից մեկը, դիմեց այն բանից հետո, երբ քննադատեց արաբական մյուս պետություններին պատերազմի ընթացքում իրանական բազմաթիվ հարձակումներից իրեն պաշտպանելու համար բավարար քայլեր չձեռնարկելու մեջ։

ԱՄԷ նախագահի դիվանագիտական խորհրդական Անվար Գարգաշը երկուշաբթի օրը «Ծոցի ազդեցիկ դեմքերի ֆորումի» նիստի ժամանակ քննադատել էր իրանական հարձակումներին արաբական և Ծոցի երկրների արձագանքը։

«Ծոցի համագործակցության խորհրդի երկրները միմյանց լոգիստիկ աջակցություն են ցուցաբերել, սակայն քաղաքական և ռազմական առումով, կարծում եմ, նրանց դիրքորոշումը պատմականորեն ամենաթույլն է եղել»,- ասել է Գարգաշը:

«Ես նման թույլ դիրքորոշում ակնկալում էի Արաբական պետությունների լիգայից և դրանից չեմ զարմանում, բայց նման բան չէի սպասում (Ծոցի) համագործակցության խորհրդից, և դա ինձ զարմացնում է»,- հավելել է նա:
