Մարմնավաճառները պատրաստ չեն հարկային վճարումներ կատարել (տեսանյութ 18+)

 

Տիկնիկային թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Ռուբեն Բաբայանը կարծում է, որ հասարակական վայրերում մարմնավաճառության ծաղկուն գոյությունը ձեռնտու է առաջին հերթին դրա դեմ պայքարող պետական կառույցներին: «Ում ձեռքում հնարավորություն կա կանխելու, և նա չի անում դա, նշանակում է՝ եկամուտ ունի դրանից: Ցանկության դեպքում օրենքի ուժով կարելի է պայքարել այդ երևույթի դեմ, բայց դա ֆինանսական մեծ հոսքեր է ապահովում որոշ մարդկանց, ում ձեռքում օրենքն է, և պատճառն այդտեղ պետք է փնտրել»,- ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Ռուբեն Բաբայանը:

«Հասարակությունը և պետությունը պետք է դրանց համար դիսկոմֆորտ վիճակ ստեղծեն: Ինչո՞ւ մանկական այգին նորմալ չի լուսավորվում»,- այս թեմայի վերաբերյալ իր տեսակետը հայտնեց ճարտարապետ Լևոն Իգիթյանը: Նրա խոսքերով՝ նախկինում այդ այգում մինչև ուշ գիշեր միջոցառումներ էին կազմակերպվում, այգին լի էր մարդկանցով: Եթե այն նորից ծառայեցվի իր հիմնական նպատակներին, այլասերվածությունն այդտեղից ինքնաբերաբար կվերանա:

ՀՀ օրենքով դատապարտվում է կավատությունը, իսկ մարմնավաճառությունն օրենքով արգելված չէ, քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր մարդու համար իր մարմինը համարվում է սեփականություն, ու նա իրավունք ունի այն նույնիսկ վաճառել: Տիկնիկային թատրոնի ղեկավարն առաջարկեց այդ գործընթացը մտցնել հարկային դաշտ, քանի որ տեղի է ունենում առևտուր, և եթե հասարակական սպառման ապրանք հանդիսացող սննդամթերքը ենթարկվում է որոշակի փորձաքննության, և հետևում են դրա ժամկետին, ապա այդ դեպքում նույնպես պետք է կիրառել այդ պրակտիկան:

Բաբայանը կարծում է, որ անօրինական մարմնավաճառության և հասարակական վայրերում տեղի ունեցող այլանդակ երևույթների դեմ պետք է պայքարել ազգովի, քանի որ դրանք բարոյալքում են հասարակությունը: Նա օրինակ բերեց անգլիացի տեսաբաններից մեկի խոսքերը. «Միայն սիրո պարագայում է սիրով զբաղվելը օգտակար առողջությանը»:
