«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ուղերձը Հայոց Ցեղասպանության 111-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ, 24.04.2026թ.

«Իմ սիրելի՛ հայ ժողովուրդ,

Բազմաթիվ ողբերգությունների միջով անցած, բայց նորից ոտքի կանգնած ուժեղ հայ ժողովուրդ։ Այսօր մեզ բոլորիս միավորում է մեկ վիշտ և մեկ ցավ՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը։ Մենք սերունդներն ենք այն հայերի, որոնք զոհ են դարձել մարդկության դեմ ուղղված ամենածանր հանցագործության՝ ցեղասպանության։

Մենք ականատեսն ենք մի ցավալի և հայի համար անհավատալի իրականության․ այսօրվա Հայաստանի ղեկավարները փորձում են արդարացնել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունն իրականացնողներին, ավելին՝ փորձում են հավասարության նշան դնել զոհի և դահիճի միջև։ Եվ բացահայտորեն հայտարարում են, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումն այլևս մեր արտաքին քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություններից չէ։

Բայց նրանք մոռանում են կամ անտեսում են մի կարևոր հանգամանք․ իրենց նման թույլերը գալիս ու անցնում են, բայց հայ ժողովրդի պատմական հիշողությունը մնում է։ Այն հարատև է։ Այդ հիշողությունը մեր գենետիկ կոդի մեջ է:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք շատ հստակ գիտակցում ենք, որ չենք կարող փոխել մեր աշխարհագրությունը, մեր հարևաններին։ Տարածաշրջանային կայունությունը և խաղաղությունը մեզ համար առաջնահերթություն է։ Հայաստանի տնտեսության սրընթաց զարգացումն այլ տարբերակ չունի։ Հետևաբար, քսանմեկերորդ դարում փակ սահմաններ ունենալը չի կարող չանդրադառնալ երկրի բնականոն զարգացման վրա։ Մենք կողմ ենք Թուրքիայի հետ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատմանն ու կայունությանը՝ միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնարար սկզբունքների հիման վրա և առանց պատմական ճշմարտության ու ազգային արժանապատվության զիջման։

Այն ազգը, որը չունի հիշողություն, նման է արմատներ չունեցող ծառի, որը շատ կարճ ժամանակում ջարդվում ու տապալվում է։ Բայց մենք այդ ազգը չենք, մենք նման ենք այն հազարամյա կաղնուն, որի արմատները շատ խորն են հողի մեջ։ Մենք ամուր կառչած ենք մեր հողին։

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Պատմությունը բացի ուժեղ լինելուց մեզ այլ տարբերակ չի թողնում։ Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ երբ թույլ ենք ու գլխիկոր, մեզ վրա հասած չարիքներն ավելի են սաստկանում։ Հենց այդ թույլ և ապիկար իշխանությունների օրոք էլ ականատես եղանք մեր երկրորդ հայրենիքի՝ մեր սքանչելի Արցախի կորստին։

Մենք այլևս թույլ չենք տա, որ մեզ կոտորեն։ Ուժեղ և խոհեմ ղեկավարը հենց նա է, որ կանխատեսում է ողբերգությունն ու կանխարգելում այն, և ոչ թե պատահածը մեկնաբանում ու փորձում արդարացումներ գտնել։

Այսօր Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների, մեր քույրերի ու եղբայրների հետ, աշխարհասփյուռ հայության հետ ձեռք ձեռքի ենք տալիս և մեր առջև դնում մեկ նպատակ՝ ունենալ Ուժեղ Հայաստան։

Մենք այլևս թույլ չե՛նք լինելու»։
