Ադրբեջանական օկուպացիոն վարչակազմը Ստեփանակերտում nչնչացրել է Սուրբ Աստվածամոր Հովանու եկեղեցին․ հայտարարություն

Հայոց ցեղասպանության 111-րդ տարելիցին ընդառաջ արձանագրում ենք, որ ադրբեջանական օկուպացիոն վարչակազմը Ստեփանակերտում ոչնչացրել է Սուրբ Աստվածամոր Հովանու եկեղեցին։

Հայտնում է Արցախի զբոսաշրջության և մշակույթի զարգացման գործակալությունը։

«Սա պարզապես եկեղեցու քանդում չէ։ Սա նույն քաղաքականության շարունակությունն է, որը մեկ դար առաջ հանգեցրեց Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը։ Այսօր այն դրսևորվում է նոր ձևերով՝ որպես մշակութային ցեղասպանություն և հայրենիքի ջնջման ծրագրված գործընթաց, որի նպատակն է Արցախում հայկական պատմական հիշողության, մշակույթի և հոգևոր ներկայության վերջնական վերացումը։ Քանդվում են ոչ միայն շենքեր, այլև ժողովրդի ինքնությունը, անցյալը և ապագայի իրավունքը։

Այս պայմաններում անթույլատրելի է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների գրեթե լիակատար լռությունը։ Երբ քանդվում են մեր սրբավայրերը, լռությունը այլևս չեզոքություն չէ, դա դառնում է համակերպում կատարվող հանցագործությանը։

Նույնքան ամոթալի և վտանգավոր է միջազգային հանրության, ինչպես նաև մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանությամբ զբաղվող միջազգային և մասնագիտացված կառույցների լռությունը։ Այս լռությունը ոչ միայն չի կանգնեցնում հանցագործին, այլև խրախուսում է նոր հանցագործություններ՝ ստեղծելով անպատժելիության մթնոլորտ։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները պարտավոր են անհապաղ և հստակ քաղաքական գնահատական տալ այս բարբարոսությանը, հրապարակայնորեն դատապարտել Արցախում մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման քաղաքականությունը և ձեռնարկել գործուն դիվանագիտական քայլեր՝ միջազգային հարթակներում բարձրացնելու այդ հարցը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ պետք է հստակ արձանագրվի՝ Արցախի հայ բնակչության վերադարձի իրավունքը իր հայրենիք անքակտելի է և չի կարող կասկածի տակ դրվել։ Մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացումը ուղղված է նաև այդ իրավունքի մերժմանը՝ հիշողության վերացման միջոցով խափանելով ժողովրդի վերադարձի հնարավորությունը։

Սուրբ Աստվածամոր Հովանու եկեղեցին, կառուցված 2000–2019 թվականներին, հանդիսանում էր Ստեփանակերտի կարևորագույն հոգևոր կենտրոններից մեկը։ Այն վերականգնում էր դարավոր եկեղեցական ներկայությունը այն տարածքում, որտեղ դեռևս XIX դարի վերջից գործող եկեղեցին խորհրդային տարիներին փակվել էր և վերափոխվել աշխարհիկ շինության։ Նորակառույց տաճարը դարձավ հավատքի վերածննդի, հիշողության պահպանման և հայկական ինքնության շարունակականության կենդանի խորհրդանիշ։

Այսօր դրա ոչնչացումը հերթական դրվագն է նույն ողբերգական շղթայի, որը մեկ դար առաջ սկսվեց ցեղասպանությամբ և այսօր շարունակվում է մեր աչքի առաջ՝ ուղղված ոչ միայն քարերի, այլև ժողովրդի հիշողության, արժանապատվության և իր հայրենիքում ապրելու և վերադառնալու իրավունքի դեմ»։
