Երբ քաղաքական դաշտը փոխվում է․ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ի աճը և իշխանության անհանգստությունը

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը և նրա առաջնորդ Սամվել Կարապետյանը գնալով վերածվում են այն գործոնի, որը լուրջ անհանգստություն է առաջացնում գործող իշխանության համար։

Նախորդ շաբաթ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության կազմակերպած լայնամասշտաբ հանրահավաքը քաղաքական դաշտում նոր իրավիճակ է ձևավորել։ Ակնհայտ է, որ այս գործընթացը դուրս է եկել սովորական ներքաղաքական ակտիվության սահմաններից և վերածվում է համակարգային մարտահրավերի իշխանության համար։

Իշխանական շրջանակներում լավ հասկանում են, որ այն քաղաքական ուժը, որը գլխավորում է գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը, արագորեն ընդլայնում է իր ազդեցությունը։

Քաղաքական գործընթացներում ձևավորվող այս դինամիկան, եթե պահպանվի, կարող է բերել իրավիճակի, երբ հետադարձ ճանապարհը կդառնա դժվար կառավարելի։

Այս ֆոնին նկատվում է պետական ամբողջ մեքենայի ակտիվացում։ Քաղաքական գործընթացներում հաճախ հանդիպող գործիքակազմը՝ բեմադրված ընտրակաշառքի թեմաներից մինչև կուլիսային տարբեր զարգացումներ, կրկին հայտնվել են շրջանառության մեջ։ Այս ամենը վկայում է մեկ բանի մասին․ իշխանությունը պատրաստ է օգտագործել բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները՝ կանխելու համար ընդդիմադիր ուժի աճող ազդեցությունը։

Մինչ այդ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը շարունակում է իր տարածքային ընդլայնումը։ Ապրիլի 19-ին կուսակցության անդամներն աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում էին Արտաշատում, որտեղ Օգոստոսի 23-ի փողոց 43 հասցեում բացվեց կուսակցության տարածքային գրասենյակը։ Պաշտոնական բացումից հետո կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները քայլերթ իրականացրին քաղաքի փողոցներով, շփվեցին բնակիչների հետ՝ ներկայացնելով իրենց ծրագրերն ու մոտեցումները։

Այս քայլը ոչ միայն կազմակերպչական, այլ նաև քաղաքական ուղերձ էր՝ կուսակցությունը փորձում է ամրապնդել իր ներկայությունը մարզերում և ձևավորել լայն սոցիալական հենարան։

Քաղաքական դիրքավորման առումով «Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ը փորձում է դուրս գալ ավանդական բաժանումներից՝ հայտարարելով, որ չի ներկայացնում ոչ նախկին, ոչ նոր, ոչ էլ որևէ պիտակավորված բևեռ։ Այս մոտեցումը նպատակ ունի գրավել այն ընտրազանգվածին, որը հիասթափված է գործող քաղաքական դասավորություններից և փնտրում է այլընտրանք։

Սամվել Կարապետյանի ներկայացրած տնտեսական հինգ քայլերի ծրագիրը, որն ուղղված է աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը, փոքր բիզնեսի խթանմանը, դեղերի գների նվազեցմանը, գյուղատնտեսական երաշխավորված իրացմանը և մատչելի բնակարանաշինությանը, այս փուլում դառնում է կուսակցության հիմնական մրցակցային առավելությունը։ Տարբեր բաց և փակ հարցումների տվյալներով այս քաղաքական ուժը արդեն իսկ դիտարկվում է որպես առաջատարներից մեկը, ինչը էլ ավելի է խորացնում իշխանության անհանգստությունը։ Քաղաքական գործընթացները մտնում են նոր փուլ, որտեղ մրցակցությունը սրվում է, իսկ վերջնական պատկերը կարող է որոշվել հենց առաջիկա ամիսների ընթացքում։
