Լպիրշության մաստեր-կլաս Փաշինյանից ու Ջուլհակյանից

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմակիցների վերջին շրջանի վարքը և հռետորաբանությունը այլևս որևէ բարոյական սահմանի մեջ չեն տեղավորվում։ Երեկ խորհրդարանում կառավարության կատարողականի ներկայացումը Փաշինյանը վերածել է ընդդիմադիր տրամադրված ընտրազանգվածին անվանարկելու և վիրավորելու արարողության։ Իբր մեջբերումներ անելով Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի հրապարակած ձայնագրությունից, որը վերագրվում է ընդդիմությանը՝ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե չի ցանկանում այդ ընդդիմադիր ուժերին որպես ընդդիմություն տեսնել խորհրդարանում։

«Եթե ես հիմա ասեմ՝ գիտեք ի՞նչ, կարող է «Ուժեղ Հայաստանը», «Հայաստան» դաշինքը, Ուժեղ ՀՀԿ-ն, «Հայաստան» դաշինքն ու ԲՀԿ-ն անցնեն խորհրդարան, նշանակում է՝ ես իմ մտքով անցկացնեմ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում այդքան շուն ու շանգյալ կա, որ կարող է իրենց օգտին քվեարկի»,- ասել է նա։ Փաստացի, օգտագործելով իր իսկ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի տարածած տեսանյութերը, որոնց իսկությունը դեռևս պարզված չէ, Փաշինյանը վիրավորական արտահայտություններ է անում ընդդիմադիր ընտրազանգվածի հասցեին։ Սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին իր լկտիությամբ և ցինիզմով գերազանցել է քպական մեկ այլ պատգամավոր՝ Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանը։

Անդրադառնալով օրեր առաջ նորածին երեխայի մորը՝ Գոհար Ղումաշյանին բերման ենթարկելու հանգամանքին, հայտարարել է․ «Անկախ մարդու կրծքերի զբաղվածությունից՝ չի կարող այնպես լինել, որ մարդը կատարի օրենքով արգելված արարք, քրեական օրենսգրքով արգելված արարք և, հղում անելով իր կրծքերին, ասի՝ ինձ չպետք է ձերբակալեն։ Երբեք կրծքերը և նրանց կիրառելիությունը կոնկրետ իրավիճակներում չեն կարող ինդուլգենցիա լինել»։

Թե՛ Փաշինյանը, թե՛ նրա թիմակիցը հետո տեսանյութեր տարածելով փորձում էին հանրությանը համոզել, թե իրենք բոլորովին էլ դա նկատի չեն ունեցել։ Սակայն փաստն այն է, որ իշխանությունը իր անճարությունից և անզորությունից, իշխանությունը կորցնելու վախից այլևս կորցրել է հստակ տրամաբանելու և նորմալ արտահայտվելու հնարավորությունը և փոխարենը անցել է նույնիսկ հասարակ ժողովրդին վիրավորելուն։ Մյուս կողմից էլ սա հրաշալի ազդակ է հենց նույն ընտրողների համար, որպեսզի հասկանան, թե ում հետ իրականում գործ ունեն։
