Կառավարությունը կսուբսիդավորի պարարտանյութերի ձեռքբերումը

Կառավարությունը կսուբսիդավորի գյուղացիների կողմից ձեռք բերվող պարարտանյութերի գինը՝ մինչև 3000 դրամ յուրաքանչյուր պարկի համար։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նախաձեռնությունը պայմանավորված է պարարտանյութերի համաշխարհային շուկայում արձանագրված գնաճով, ինչի հետևանքով անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել աջակցել ֆերմերային տնտեսություններին։

«Աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներով պայմանավորված՝ պարարտանյութերի համաշխարհային գները զգալի աճ են արձանագրել, ինչի հետևանքով առաջացել է անհրաժեշտություն աջակցել մեր ֆերմերներին պարարտանյութերի ձեռքբերման գնի սուբսիդավորման միջոցով»,- նշեց Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը։

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ծրագրով առաջարկվում է սուբսիդավորել մատակարարների կողմից շահառուներին վաճառվող պարարտանյութի գինը՝ յուրաքանչյուր 50 կգ պարկի համար մինչև 3000 դրամի չափով։

«Եթե, օրինակ, 50 կգ-անոց պարարտանյութի գինը կազմում է 10 500 դրամ, ապա կառավարությունը կսուբսիդավորի 2500 դրամ։ Եթե գինը հասնում է 11,500 դրամի, ապա տարբերությունը գերազանցում է 3000 դրամը, և սուբսիդիան կկազմի առավելագույնը՝ 3000 դրամ»,- ասաց նա։

Պապոյանի խոսքով՝ ծրագրով սահմանվում է նաև մեկ շահառուի համար սուբսիդավորման առավելագույն ծավալը՝ մինչև 30 հեկտար մշակվող հողատարածքի համար։

«Եթե տնտեսությունն ունի, օրինակ, 40 հեկտար հողատարածք, աջակցությունը կտրամադրվի միայն 30 հեկտարի չափով, իսկ մնացած հատվածի համար սուբսիդավորում չի նախատեսվում»,- նշեց նա։

Սուբսիդավորումը կտարածվի ինչպես ներմուծվող, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում արտադրվող պարարտանյութերի վրա՝ անկախ դրանց տեսակից՝ ազոտական, ֆոսֆորական, կալիումական կամ համակցված։

Ծրագրի հաստատումից հետո մատակարարները կամ արտադրողները դիմելու են Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարություն՝ համապատասխան պահանջներին բավարարելու դեպքում ընդգրկվելու համար ծրագրի շրջանակում։ 

Կառավարությունը միաձայն հավանություն տվեց որոշման նախագծին։
