«Ստվեր անձնագրի վրա․ Ինչպես Ֆրանսիան ու օլիգարխիկ կլանը գրավեցին Հայաստանի թվային ինքնությունը»

«Ստվեր անձնագրի վրա․ Ինչպես Ֆրանսիան ու օլիգարխիկ կլանը գրավեցին Հայաստանի թվային ինքնությունը» հետաքննությունը բացահայտում է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կոռուպցիոն սխեման, ով Հայաստանի թվային ինքնության նկատմամբ հսկողությունը փոխանցել է ֆրանսիական IDEMIA ընկերությանը։

Արդիականացման կոչերի ներքո կենսաչափական անձնագրի գինն արհեստականորեն բարձրացվել է 25 անգամ՝1000 դրամից հասնելով 25 հազար դրամի, ինչն այդ փաստաթուղթն անհասանելի է դարձրել տասնյակ հազարավոր քաղաքացիների համար։

Այդ գործարքի կայացման հարցում առանցքային դերակատարում են ունեցել վարչապետին մերձավոր պաշտոնյաները՝մասնավորապես նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը, ով գործել է նեղ շրջանակի շահերի համար։ Այդ ընկերության ընտրությունն անտեսում է IDEMIA ընկերության վատ համբավը, որին մեղադրում են Աֆրիկայում կոռուպցիայի ու կեղծիքների մեջ: Բացի այդ, այդ ընկերության 90 տոկոսը պատկանում է Advent International ներդրումային գիգանտին։

Ազգային անվտանգությանն առավել մեծ սպառնալիք է ներկայացնում IDEMIA -ի սեփականատերերի կապը ռազմական արդյունաբերության հետ։

Advent International ընկերությունը հանդիսանում է թուրքական Բայրաքթար ԱԹՍ-ների համար պահեստամասերի մատակարար, որոնք մինչ այդ օգտագործվել են Հայաստանի դեմ։

Այսպիսով, Փաշինյանն ոչ միայն հարստացրել է օլիգարխիկ կլանին, այլ նաև փոխանցել է բնակչության ռազմավարական կենսաչափական տվյալները մի կառույցի, որը կապ ունի զենքի արտադրության հետ, իսկ այդ զենքը կիրառվել է նրա պետության դեմ։

Իսկ ով էր կանգնած ֆրանսիական մոնոպոլիստի ֆորմալ ընտրության հետևում։ Հետաքննությունը պարզել է մի շարք կապերի առկայություն, որը կազմված է ընտանեկան կապերից և քաղաքական կախվածությունից:
