Նման «բողոքի նոտան» ուղղակի պատվերով համերգ է հիշեցնում. Հայաստանի Ուշու-Գունֆու Ազգային Ֆեդերացիայի հայտարարությունը

Տիգրան Չոբանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ՝ ապրիլի 13-ին համացանցից տեղեկացանք, որ ինչ-որ ֆեդերացիա "բողոքի նոտա" է հղել ընդդեմ Հայաստանի Ազգային Օլիմպիական Կոմիտեի։ Հիմնավորման մեջ առնվազն շատ ծիծաղելի ձևակերպում էին օգտագործել բողոքավորները, թե իբր "ՀԱՕԿ-ը համագործակցության առաջարկ չի անում ֆեդերացիաներին": Նախ տեղեկացնեմ որ ՀԱՕԿ-ի ֆունկցիաների մեջ չի մտնում ֆեդերացիաներին առաջարկություններ անելը, սակայն եթե ֆեդերացիաների կողմից արվում են խելամիտ գործակցության առաջարկներ ապա դրանց մշտապես ընթացք է տրվում։ Հետևաբար նման հիմնավորում կարող է անել միայն խիստ անգրագետ, իր մասին անհիմն մեծ կարծիք ունեցող անձը։ Ես, որպես մոտ 36 տարի Ուշու մարտարվեստը համակարգող, կառավարող և զարգացնող, ինչպես նաև Ուշու մարտարվեստի հիմնադիր ՀՀ-ում, վստահորեն պնդում եմ, որ չի եղել գոնե մեկ դեպք, երբ ես դիմեմ ՀԱՕԿ-ին խնդրանքով, ցանկությունով կամ առաջարկով և չարժանանամ ուշադրության աջակցության։ Հետևաբար նման " բողոքի նոտան" ուղղակի պատվերով համերգ է հիշեցնում ու առավել քան ակնհայտ է, որ ուղղորդված է ներկա իշխանությունների կողմից։ Հաշվի առնելով վերոշարադրյալը հայտարարում ենք, որ խստագույնս դատապարտում ենք նման կեղծ օրակարգերը։ Ձեռքներդ հեռու պահեք ՀՀ-ում միակ կայուն զարգացող ոլորտից՝ սպորտից։
