Մուտք ենք արել դիմում-միջնորդություն, որ առաջնահերթության կարգով քննարկվի Սամվել Կարապետյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցը. Արամ Վարդևանյան

Այսօր գործընկերների հետ միասին մուտք ենք արել դիմում-միջնորդություն՝ հասցեագրված դատավոր Դոլմազյանին, առ այն, որ առաջնահերթության կարգով քննության առարկա դառնա Սամվել Կարապետյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ Հակակոռուպցիոն Կոմիտեի բակում, ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասել է փաստաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանը:

«2026 թվականի ապրիլի 15-ին՝ ժամը 10:30-ին, Սամվել Կարապետյանի ակնհայտ ապօրինի, քաղաքական քրեական հետապնդման վերաբերյալ ունենալու ենք դատական նիստ: Յուրաքանչյուր ժամ այլևս էական նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանում գալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների տեսանկյունից:  

Դատարանին ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը վերաբերում է հետևյալին, երբ արդեն գործը գտնվում է դատարանի վարույթում, ընթացակարգային իմաստով սկիզբ է առնում նախնական դատալսումները, դրանք էլ իրենցից ենթադրում են մի շարք հարցերի քննարկում, բայց ամենակարևորը՝ խափանման միջոցի վերաբերյալ հարցի քննարկում:

2026 թվականի ապրիլի 21-ին «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հրավիրել է համագումար, և առանցքային է, որ մինչ այդ համագումարը Սամվել Կարապետյանը հնարավորություն ունենա ամբողջությամբ մասնակցելու քաղաքական գործընթացին: Մրցակցության, հավասարության և ընտրական գործընթացի երաշխիքների տեսանկյունից՝ սա ակնհայտ անհրաժեշտություն է, հույս ունենք, որ կապահովվի, և ցավ ենք ապրում, որ այդ բեռը ընկել է դատական իշխանության ուսերին»,- նշել է Վարդևանյանը:
