Նանոծածկույթով արևային վահանակը էլեկտրաէներգիա է արտադրում ցանկացած եղանակի դեպքում

Սևիլիայի նյութագիտության ինստիտուտի (ICMS) հետազոտողները մշակել են հիբրիդային պերովսկիտի վրա հիմնված սարք, որը կարող է էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրել օգտագործելով ինչպես արևի լույսը, այնպես էլ անձրևի կաթիլների կինետիկ էներգիան: Արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Nano Energy ամսագրում, գրում է ixbt.com–ը։

Մշակման հիմնական տարրը պլազմային տեխնոլոգիայի միջոցով պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցի վրա նստեցված բարակ 100 նանոմետրանոց թաղանթն է: Թաղանթը կատարում է մի քանի գործառույթ. այն պաշտպանում է պերովսկիտը խոնավությունից և ջերմաստիճանի տատանումներից, ուժեղացնում է լույսի կլանումը և գործում է որպես տրիբոէլեկտրական մակերես, այսինքն այն անձրևի կաթիլների հարվածների մեխանիկական էներգիան վերածում է էլեկտրական պոտենցիալի։

Լաբորատոր պայմաններում մեկ անձրևի կաթիլը ստեղծում էր 110 Վ պոտենցիալների տարբերություն, որը բավարար էր փոքր էլեկտրոնային սարքը սնուցելու համար: Սարքը նաև մնում է աշխատունակ, երբ ամբողջությամբ ընկղմվում էր ջրի մեջ, ինչը թույլ է տալիս սնուցել LED սխեմաները։

Հետազոտողների խոսքով՝ մշակումը հիմնականում ուղղված է IoT սարքերին և ինքնավար սենսորներին: Մասնավորապես, տեխնոլոգիան ուսումնասիրվում է որպես էներգիայի աղբյուր խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ակտիվների՝ կամուրջների և այլ կառույցների, ինչպես նաև օդերևութաբանական կայանների և ճշգրիտ գյուղատնտեսական համակարգերի մոնիթորինգային սենսորների համար:

Պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցները գերազանցում են ավանդական սիլիցիումային մարտկոցներին էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետության առումով և ավելի էժան են արտադրության մեջ, բայց նախկինում զիջում էին հուսալիության առումով խոնավության ազդեցության տակ: Պլազմային ծածկույթի օգտագործումը, ըստ ICMS-ի, վերացնում է այդ թերությունը:
