Փաշինյանը միտումնավոր է խոշտանգում 18-ամյա պատանուն

Գլխավոր դատախազությունը մերժել է մոտ երկու շաբաթ անազատության մեջ գտնվող 18-ամյա պատանուն ազատ արձակել կալանքից։ Դավիթ Մինասյանի փաստաբաններն անցած շաբաթ էին դիմել գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանին՝ խնդրելով կիրառել իր բացառիկ լիազորությունը և վերացնել կալանքը։ Դատախազությունից հայտնել են, որ հսկող դատախազի կողմից միջնորդությունը մերժվել է՝ անհիմն լինելու պատճառաբանությամբ։

Փաստաբան Լուսինե Մարտիրոսյանը նախօրեին հրապարակել էր բժշկական հետազոտությունների արդյունքը՝ Ծաղկազարդի պատարագին Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցում վարչապետի անվտանգության աշխատողի հարվածից հետո վայր ընկած Դավիթ Մինասյանը ուղեղի ցնցում է ստացել, փակ գանգուղեղային տրավմա ունի։ Գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը հրաժարվել էր ընդունել 18-ամյա տղային ազատ արձակելու պահանջով հավաքված հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիներին։

Դատախազությունում դեմ չեն վերացնել պատանու կալանքը, բայց վերջինիս պարզապես խոշտանգում են վերին իշխանության հրահանգով։ Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նպատակ ունի ահաբեկել հանրությանը, ցույց տալ, թե ինքն է տիրապետում իրավիճակին, իսկ առավել ևս՝ իր վրա ձեռք բարձրացնել փորձող յուրաքանչյուր ոք խստագույնս պատժվելու է՝ անկախ նրանից՝ առողջական ինչ խնդիրներ ունի։ Հատկապես որ առողջական խնդիրները սրվել են հենց Փաշինյանի թիկնապահի հարվածի հետևանքով։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանը գերազանցել է իր նախորդներին բոլոր արատավոր դրսևորումներով և շեշտակի շարժվում է դեպի ավտորիտարիզմ և բռնապետություն՝ այս ամենը համեմելով ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնի մասին կեղծ խոսույթով, մինչդեռ իրականում գործ ունենք չափազանց էժան, մանրախնդիր և վրիժառու իշխանության հետ։
