Սարալանջում խայտառակ որակի ջուր են խմում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շիրակի մարզի Սարալանջ համայնքում խայտառակ որակի ջուր են խմում: «Փաստ» օրաթերթին ահազանգեցին բնակիչները:

Խմելու ջուրը ստանում են Մանթաշի ջրամբարից։ Գյուղացիների խոսքով՝ խողովակները 60–ական թվականներից են օգտագործվում, դրանք ամբողջությամբ քայքայված են։

«Էն որակի խողովակներ են, որ դրանք խմելու ջրի համար նախատեսված չեն։ Ամբողջը ջարդված վիճակում է, մի անելանելի վիճակ է։ Անթույլատրելի է այդ խողովակներից ջուր խմելը, բայց մարդիկ ստիպված օգտագործում են, ի՞նչ անեն: Ջրի հետ ինչ ասես, որ չի գալիս՝ հող, որդ, մանր քարեր և այլն: Ջուրը նույնիսկ չի քլորացվում»,– դժգոհեցին նրանք:

Խմելու ջրի ցանցը հանձնված է «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերությանը, սակայն, նա սարալանջցիներին մաքուր ջուր մատակարարելու համար ոչինչ չի անում։

«Այդ խողովակներին, որ մարդ նայի, միանգամից պատիժ կսահմանի այդ ընկերությանը։ Նորմալ ջրաչափով օգտվում ենք ջրից, վճարումները կատարում ենք։ Միայն իր փողի տերն է, ոչ մի բան չի անում»,– նշեցին սարալանջցիները:

Ամեն օր այստեղ վթարներ են լինում: Շարքից դուրս եկած խողովակները օր չկա, որ չպայթեն: Համայնքի ղեկավար Ցոլակ Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց, որ վթարները «Վեոլիա ջուր»–ն է վերացնում:

«Վթարներն են գալիս միայն վերացնում ու գնում: Գլոբալ ոչ մի բան չեն անում»,– ներկայացրեց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Ամենօրյա վթարների պատճառով Սարալանջի ճանապարհներն են շարքից դուրս եկել: Համայնքապետարանը ստիպված տարին մի քանի անգամ փոսալցումներ է կատարում, բայց դրանից հարցը չի կարգավորվում:

«Իրենց պատճառով փողոցները անմխիթար վիճակում են: Ես գրություն եմ իրենց գրել: Ուզում էի դատական գործ հարուցել՝ ճանապարհների վատ վիճակի հետ կապված: Սպասենք, տեսնենք, մարդկային լեզվով հասկանում են ու խնդիրը լուծում, թե՞ պետք է դատարան դիմենք»,– ասաց համայնքի ղեկավարը:

Համայնքապետարանը նաև խմելու ջրի ներքին ցանցի մի մասի մաշված խողովակներն է նորով փոխարինում: Գարնանը ծրագիրն արդեն ամբողջությամբ ավարտին կհասցնեն:

«Մեր գյուղն է, մեր համար ենք անում, բայց դա իրենց պարտավորությունն է: «Վեոլիա ջուրը» 100 դրամի ներդրում չի անում»,– զայրացավ նա:

Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ բոլորը զարմանում են՝ ինչպե՞ս կարելի է նման վտանգավոր որակի ջուր խմել: Վատորակ ջրից օգտվում է 370 տնտեսություն: Բնակիչների առողջական վիճակով մտահոգ համայնքապետն այն լաբորատոր փորձաքննության է ուղարկել։

«Սանեպիդկայանից գալիս են, նմուշ են տանում, էն անգամ հարցրել եմ, ասում եմ` ո՞նց է պատասխանն, ասում են` դու չգիտես` ինչ պատասխան պետք է լինի»,– ասաց նա:

Այս տարիների ընթացքում բոլոր կառույցներում խնդիրը բարձրաձայնվել է, ընդհուպ մինչև վարչապետ, բայց անընդհատ նույն պատասխանն են ստացել՝ մյուս ամիս կփոխենք: Տարբեր տեղեր ուղարկված գրությունների մի մասն էլ անպատասխան է մնացել: Խողովակներն այդպես էլ չեն նորոգվում։
