Team Holding ընկերությունը, Freedom Broker Armenia ներդրումային ընկերության օժանդակությամբ, ավարտել է 8,75% տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությամբ դոլարային պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման գործընթացը։

Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխմանը մասնակցել են ինչպես ֆիզիկական, այնպես էլ իրավաբանական անձինք, բանկային, ներդրումային և բարձր տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտները ներկայացնող ընկերությունները։ Սա ցույց է տալիս ներդրումային պահանջարկի դիվերսիֆիկացված կառուցվածք և տեղական կապիտալի շուկայի զարգացման դրական դինամիկա։

Team Holding-ի պարտատոմսերը երկարաժամկետ ներդրումային գործիք են՝ ուղղված ընկերության ենթակառուցվածքային և տեխնոլոգիական ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորմանը։ Ընկերության ռազմավարությունն ուղղված է թվային ենթակառուցվածքի զարգացմանը, նոր տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրմանը և տնտեսության համար արժեք ստեղծող նախագծերի իրականացմանը։

Երկրորդ փուլը մեկնարկեց արդեն ձևավորված շուկայական հետաքրքրվածության և դրական արձագանքի պայմաններում։ Երկրորդ փուլի շրջանակում տեղաբաշխված դոլարային պարտատոմսերի պայմաններն էին` անվանական ծավալը՝ 10 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, մեկ պարտատոմսի անվանական արժեքը՝ 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար, արժեկտրոնի տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը՝ 8,75%, շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 48 ամիս, արժեկտրոնների վճարման պարբերականությունը՝ եռամսյակային:

Team Holding-ի պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենտրոնական բանկում՝ 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ի թիվ 1/417Ա որոշմամբ։
