Հայ-ղազախա-ադրբեջանական դավադրություն ռուսական շահերի դեմ

Երեկ պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստան է ժամանել Ղազախստանի ԱԳ նախարար Երմեկ Կոշերբաևը։ Պատվիրակության կազմում է նաև Ղազախստանի տրանսպորտի նախարար Նուրլան Սաուրանբաևը։ Այսօր ԱԳՆ-ում տեղի կունենա ԱԳ նախարարների առանձնազրույց, որին կհաջորդի ընդլայնված կազմով հանդիպում։

Ղազախական պատվիրակությունը երեկ եղել է Ադրբեջանում, հանդիպել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին, քննարկել տարածաշրջանային տրանսպորտային նախագծերի, այդ թվում՝ «Թրամփի ուղու» իրագործման, ինչպես նաև «երրորդ երկրներում համատեղ ադրբեջանա-ղազախական ներդրումների հնարավորության» հեռանկարները։

«Ղազախստանի ԱԳ նախարար Երմեկ Կոշերբաևի և տրանսպորտի նախարար Նուրլան Սաուրանբաևի հետ նախագահ Ալիևի հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն ընդգծել են այն դերակատարությունը, որ ունեն Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի տարածքով անցնող TRIPP նախագիծը տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության և տրանսպորտային կապերի տեսանկյունից», – նշված է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի մամուլի ծառայության հաղորդագրության մեջ։

«Թրամփի ուղին» ահռելի նշանակություն ունի Ղազախստանի համար, քանի որ Ադրբեջանի տարածքով հնարավորություն է տալիս ապրանքներ տարանցել։ Բայց նաև ղազախական պատվիրակության այցը ունի մեկ այլ ուշագրավ դրվագ․ ընդամենը օրեր առաջ Ղազախստանը հայտարարեց, որ որևէ բանակցություն չի վարում Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հետ «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու» կոնցեսիան գնելու առումով։ Փաշինյանը դեռ շաբաթներ առաջ էր նշել, որ իր համար տեսականորեն ընդունելի է, եթե կոնցեսիայի գնումը իրականացնի Ղազախստանը, սակայն Ռուսաստանի կոշտ արձագանքից հետո Ղազախստանն էլ հրաժարվել է։

Թեպետ, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, նման բանակցություններ ղազախական կողմի հետ շարունակվել են։ Թե իրականում ինչ է քննարկելու ղազախական պատվիրակությունը Հայաստանում, հայտնի չէ, բայց այն, որ պատվիրակության կազմում նաև տրանսպորտի նախարարն է, չափազանց ուշագրավ եզրակացությունների տեղիք է տալիս։
