Խաղաղության բանալին ուժն է. «Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ի անվտանգության տեսլականը

Հայաստանի անվտանգային մարտահրավերները պահանջում են ոչ թե հատվածական, այլ համակարգային լուծումներ։ Այս համատեքստում «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը ներկայանում է որպես քաղաքական ուժ, որը որդեգրել է համապարփակ մոտեցում՝ փորձելով ձևավորել երկարաժամկետ անվտանգության հստակ մոդել։ Կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների պնդմամբ՝ իրենց ծրագիրը մշակվել է միջազգային փորձագետների ներգրավմամբ, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս համադրել տեղական իրողություններն ու համաշխարհային փորձը։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հավատարիմ է անվտանգության համապարփակ մոտեցմանը՝ այն դիտարկելով ոչ միայն ռազմական, այլև տնտեսական, սոցիալական և ինստիտուցիոնալ հարթություններում։ Կուսակցության պատկերացմամբ՝ ուժեղ պետությունը միայն պաշտպանունակ բանակով չի սահմանափակվում, այլ ներառում է կայուն տնտեսություն, զարգացած ենթակառուցվածքներ և վստահելի պետական ինստիտուտներ։

Կուսակցության առանցքային գաղափարներից մեկն այն է, որ հզոր երկիրը կարող է խաղաղություն հաստատել։ Այս մոտեցման հիմքում ընկած է այն համոզումը, որ միայն ուժեղ և ինքնաբավ պետությունն է ի վիճակի ապահովել սեփական անվտանգությունը և դառնալ տարածաշրջանային կայունության գործոն։ Ըստ այդմ՝ խաղաղությունը չի կարող լինել զիջումների կամ ժամանակավոր պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունք, այլ պետք է հիմնված լինի ուժի և հաշվարկված քաղաքականության վրա։

Նշվում է նաև, որ խաղաղությունը պահպանելու համար պետք է ուժեղ լինել։ Այս սկզբունքը «Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ը դիտարկում է որպես ռազմավարական ուղենիշ՝ հակադրելով այն մոտեցումներին, որոնք, իրենց գնահատմամբ, կարող են հանգեցնել կարճաժամկետ և խոցելի լուծումների։ Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած քաղաքական ուժը հայտարարում է, որ առաջարկում է ոչ թե ժամանակավոր խաղաղություն, ինչպես գործող իշխանությունները, այլ երկարատև և արժանապատիվ խաղաղություն՝ հիմնված ազգային շահերի պաշտպանության վրա։

Տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները շարունակում են մնալ լարված ու անկանխատեսելի, ինչը Հայաստանի համար ստեղծում է նոր ռիսկեր և պահանջում հստակ ռազմավարություն։ Այս պայմաններում առավել կարևորվում է անվտանգության այնպիսի մոդելի ձևավորումը, որը կլինի կայուն, երկարաժամկետ և երաշխավորված։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հայտարարում է, որ իր գործունեությունն ամբողջությամբ ուղղված է հենց այդ նպատակի իրագործմանը։
