Համախմբման տրամաբանություն․ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում ձևավորվող նոր կենտրոնը

2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ակտիվանում են ընդդիմադիր ուժերի համախմբման անհրաժեշտության մասին քննարկումները։ Ընդդիմադիր ուժերին կոչ է արվում միավորվել. Որպեսզի թույլ չտալ ձայների փոշիացումը, քանի որ այն միայն Փաշինյանի օգտին է լինելու։

Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական դաշտում նկատվում է մի միտում, որը վերջին տարիներին պարբերաբար քննարկվել է, սակայն այժմ ստանում է ավելի առարկայական ձև։ Խոսքը տարբեր փոքր և միջին քաղաքական ուժերի համախմբման գործընթացի մասին է՝ մեկ հստակ կենտրոնի շուրջ։ Այս զարգացումները պայմանավորված են ոչ միայն ընտրական տեխնիկական հաշվարկներով, այլ նաև քաղաքական իրողությամբ, ըստ որի՝ մասնատված մասնակցությունը կարող է հանգեցնել ընդդիմադիր ձայների ցրման և, որպես հետևանք, գործող իշխանության դիրքերի ամրապնդման։

Մարտի 31-ին արձանագրվեց այդ գործընթացի կարևոր փուլերից մեկը։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը հուշագիր է ստորագրել «Նոր դարաշրջան» կուսակցության նախագահ Հարություն Հարությունյանի և «Միավորված հայեր» կուսակցության պատվավոր նախագահ, լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Նաիրի Սարգսյանի հետ՝ դաշինք ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ։ Այս քայլը փաստացի ազդարարեց նոր ձևավորվող քաղաքական բևեռի կոնկրետացման մասին, որը նպատակ ունի համախմբել գաղափարական և ծրագրային առումով մերձ ուժերին։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, գործընթացը չի սահմանափակվում միայն մեկ հուշագրով։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությանը աջակցություն է հայտնել նաև «Ազգային միավորված Հայաստան», Ազատություն, Ժառանգույթյուն, ՀԺԱՄ կուսակցություններըը։ Այս ցանկը օրեցօր ավելանում է։ Սա վկայում է, որ ձևավորվող բևեռը սկսում է ընկալվել որպես իրական այլընտրանք՝ այն ուժերի համար, որոնք չեն տեսնում առանձին մասնակցության արդյունավետություն։

Հատկանշական է նաև, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ կմասնակցի ընտրություններին «Ուժեղ Հայաստան Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ» անվամբ դաշինքով՝ նպատակ ունենալով համախմբել նման արժեքներ և մոտեցումներ ունեցող ուժերին։ Այս ձևակերպումն արդեն իսկ ցույց է տալիս ռազմավարական ուղղվածությունը՝ ոչ միայն մասնակցել ընտրություններին, այլև ձևավորել լայն հենարան ունեցող քաղաքական ուժ։

Այսպիսով, նախընտրական փուլում ձևավորվող դաշինքային գործընթացները կարող են էական ազդեցություն ունենալ ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա։ Դրանք ոչ միայն նվազեցնում են ձայների փոշիացման ռիսկը, այլև ստեղծում են ավելի մրցունակ քաղաքական դաշտ՝ հստակ բևեռներով և ընտրողների համար ընկալելի ընտրությամբ։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ներկայացրած 5 տնտեսական քայլերը այն ճանապարհն է, որը հնարավորություն կտա դուրս բերել երկիրը այս քաոսից։ Ուժեղ տնտեսությունը հավասարազոր է ուժեղ պետության: Միայն ուժեղ կառավարչական հմտություններ ունեցող մեկը կարող է դառնալ ուժ և հենարան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար այսօր ստեղծված իրավիճակում: Գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը հենց այդպիսի մարդ է:
