Ռուսաստանը կոշտ զգուշացնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

Մոսկվայում Փաշինյան-Պուտին հանդիպմանը ՌԴ նախագահը բացեիբաց զգուշացրել է Հայաստանին հնարավոր խնդիրների մասին՝ ակնարկելով ընդհուպ գազի գնի աճը։ Իսկ արդեն այսօր առավոտյան ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի հարցազրույցը վկայում է, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները հասել են վտանգավոր մի կետի։ Ըստ Օվերչուկի՝ Հայաստանը շատ է մոտեցել այն կետին, երբ Ռուսաստանը ստիպված կլինի վերակառուցել իր տնտեսական հարաբերությունները նրա հետ։ Խոսելով երկաթուղու մասին՝ ՌԴ փոխվարչապետը նշել է, թե ՌԴ բոլոր հարևանները, նույնիսկ՝ ԵՄ անդամներ, հետաքրքրված են ռուսական երկաթուղային ցանցից օգտվելով և «Ռուսական երկաթուղիների» հետ համագործակցելով, և միայն Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունն է կասկածի տակ դնում համագործակցության շարունակականությունը։ Ըստ նրա՝ Մոսկվան տեսնում է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է մտնել Եվրոպական միություն, որը Ռուսաստանի համար դարձել է թշնամական բլոկ։

«Այն, ինչ մենք տեսնում ենք հայկական երկաթուղու կոնցեսիայի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող պտույտների օրինակով, տեղավորվում է Հայաստանի ղեկավարության կողմից հռչակված՝ Եվրոպական միության հետ մերձեցման քաղաքական տրամաբանության մեջ, որը զգալի տնտեսական անկում է ապրում և վերածվում է Ռուսաստանի համար թշնամական ռազմաքաղաքական բլոկի»,- արձանագրել է Օվերչուկը՝ հավելելով, թե «ուզո՞ւմ են հայերը դառնալ Ռուսաստանի համար թշնամական բլոկի մաս, թե՞ ոչ՝ դա հայերի իսկ գործն է»։ «Մեզ համար ակնհայտ է, որ նրանց պատրաստում են դրան, ինչպես ակնհայտ են նաև նման զարգացումների երկարաժամկետ ծանր հետևանքները»,- նշել է Ռուսաստանի կառավարության փոխնախագահը։

Ըստ Օվերչուկի՝ «Թրամփի ուղի» նախագծի իրականացման համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը խախտել է Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանային հավասարակշռությունը։ Ռուս պաշտոնյան չի շրջանցել նաև ատոմակայանի հարցը՝ նկատելով, որ «Ռոսատոմը» կարող էր երկարաձգել ՀՀ-ի ԱԷԿ-ի աշխատանքը մինչև 2036 թվականը, սակայն Երևանն ընտրում է Եվրոպայի վեկտորը՝ նախապատվությունը տալով ոչ իրազեկ եվրոպական կապալառուներին։ Փաշինյանը նույնիսկ չի հասցրել վերադառնալ Երևան, իսկ Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի ղեկավարը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի կողմից կարանտինային ապրանքների, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստան ներմուծվող ապրանքների նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը անբավարար է։ Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ, հրահրված լինելով Արևմուտքից, Փաշինյանը գրեթե բոլոր հարցերում մերժել է ռուսական կողմին, իսկ դա հղի է ծանրագույն քաղաքական և տնտեսական հետևանքներով։
