Փաստն այն է, որ այսօր ներհայաստանյան ընտրազանգվածներն իրարից օտարացած են ավելի շատ, քան՝ մենք ու ադրբեջանցիք. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Օտարացումը՝ այսօրվա Հայաստանի նոր «Սահմանադրություն»

Դպրոցական տղայի կալանավորման շուրջ ծավալվող հանրային քննարկումների որակը հեռանկարային լավատեսության տեղ չի թողնում։

Ծույլ, իներցիոն, բարիկադավորված հանրային դիսկուրսը հավաքական անտարբեր-դիտորդականության ֆոնին իրականում ցույց է տալիս մեր ազգային կազմաքանդվածության աստիճանը։ Ցավոք, մենք արդեն պետության հասարակություն չենք, մենք ավելի շատ նման ենք փախստականների մի մեծ ճամբարի, որի ելքը առաջիկայում կորոշեն։

Հաջորդ սերիաներն աչքիդ առաջ են։ Այս իշխանության վերարտադրման դեպքում Ալիևի պահանջով Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին գլխիկոր «Այո» քվեարկելը։ Ալիևի թրի տակով անցնելու հանրային գործողության ժամանակ ամաչելու ենք իրար աչքերի նայել, բայց դա թաքցվելու է քեֆերի, ցինիզմի, կատակների, աշխարհին մեղադրելու, քաղաքականությամբ չզբաղվելու վարքագծով։

Դրանից օրեր հետո Ալիևը լկտի ելույթ է ունենալու Բաքվում և հայտարարելու է, որ ընդամենը երկու քայլ է մնում, որ խաղաղությունը հաստատվի՝ 300 հազար ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձ ու Սևանի մասնակի «գյոյչայացում»։

Ու սկսվելու է այսօրվա պես նույն հանրային բանավեճը՝ կիսամանկամիտ, անտարբեր, հարմարվող, մերկանտիլ, պատմության և սեփական «ես»-ի կեղծմամբ։

Իրականությունն այն է, որ մենք դադարել ենք հասարակություն լինել։ Հասարակությունը ենթադրում է որոշակի գրված չգրված օրենքներ, նորմեր, համակեցության կանոններ, ամոթի զգացում, «չիկարելիների» ցանկ և իրար լսելու գոնե նվազագույն հնարավորություն։

Սրանցից ոչ մեկը մենք այսօր չունենք։ Սա կանխատեսելով՝ 2-3 տարի առաջ ես ասում էի, որ պետք է գնալ միջընտրազանգվածային երկխոսության։ Վստահ եմ՝ դա միակ ճիշտ ճանապարհն էր։ Բայց այդ պրոցեսի մոդերատորը չգտնվեց։ Որովհետև մեզ մոտ լիդերություն ասածի տակ այլ բան են հասկանում՝ միանձնյա որոշումներ, խաղարկային մաչոյություն, անսխալականություն և նման այլ բաներ։

Իսկ փաստն այն է, որ այսօր ներհայաստանյան ընտրազանգվածներն իրարից օտարացած են ավելի շատ, քան՝ մենք ու ադրբեջանցիք։ Դժվար չէ ենթադրել, թե սա ինչի կհանգեցնի։

Պատահական չէ նաև, որ տարբեր հեղինակավոր ու լուրջ սոցիոլոգիական հարցումներ այսօր ստանում են լրիվ տարբեր պատկերներ։ Անոմալ հասարակության մեջ լինում է անոմալ սոցիոլոգիա։

Կարո՞ղ է ինքնաօտարված, ֆրագմենտացված հասարակությունն իրական ընտրություն կատարել՝ հանուն իր միասնական ապագայի։ Գայլերով լի տարածաշրջանում մեր այսօրվա վիճակը սարսափեցնում է, երբ մի պահ նայում ես բանական մարդու հայացքով։

Ո՞վ պիտի ձեռնարկի ներհանրային կապերի ստեղծման գործընթացը, սա է մեծագույն հարցը։

Իսկ մինչ այդ՝ մենք չենք լսում, չենք տեսնում, չենք ընկալում ամիսների հեռավորության ռիսկերը։ Չենք հասկանում՝ մեզ ինչ են զգուշացնում, պարզ ասում օտարները։ Օտարացել ենք նաև իրականությունից և ճշմարտությունից։
