Թրամփը պատրաստ է ավարտել պшտերազմն Իրանի դեմ, նույնիսկ եթե Հորմուզի նեղուցը փակ մնա. The Wall Street Journal

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն իր օգնականներին հայտնել է, որ պատրաստ է դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունն Իրանի դեմ, նույնիսկ եթե Հորմուզի նեղուցը փակ մնա, գրում է The Wall Street Journal թերթը՝ հղում անելով վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչներին:

Ըստ հրապարակման՝ Թրամփը և նրա օգնականները եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ նեղուցի ապաշրջափակման գործողությունը կձգձգի հակամարտությունը։ Նախագահը որոշել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը պետք է հասնի իր հիմնական նպատակներին՝ հարվածներ հասցնել իրանական նավատորմին ու հրթիռների պաշարներին, և դադարեցնի ռազմական գործողությունները։

Եթե Վաշինգտոնին չհաջողվի հասնել Հորմուզի նեղուցի բացմանը դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով, ապա ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները մտադիր են կոչ անել Եվրոպայի և Պարսից ծոցի իրենց դաշնակիցներին ստանձնել նեղուցի բացման նախաձեռնությունը, հայտնել են պարբերականի զրուցակիցները՝ հավելելով, որ հարցի լուծման ռազմական տարբերակներ նույնպես գոյություն ունեն, սակայն դրանք Դոնալդ Թրամփի համար առաջնահերթություն չեն։

The Wall Street Journal-ը նշում է, որ Թրամփի վարչակազմի այս որոշումը, հավանաբար, կամրապնդի Թեհրանի ազդեցությունն այդ ջրային ուղու վրա։ Մեկ օր առաջ իրանական IRIB պետական հեռուստառադիոընկերությունը հայտնել էր, որ խորհրդարանի անվտանգության հանձնաժողովն ընդունել է մի նախագիծ, որը նախատեսում է տուրքերի գանձում Հորմուզի նեղուցով անցնող նավերից և կարգելի Միացյալ Նահանգների ու Իսրայելի հետ կապված նավերի անցումը։

Մարտի 30-ին ԱՄՆ նախագահը հայտարարել էր, որ Իրանի հետ բանակցություններում զգալի առաջընթաց է գրանցվել, սակայն եթե ինչ-որ պատճառով համաձայնությունը մոտ ժամանակներս չկայանա, և եթե Հորմուզի նեղուցն անհապաղ չբացվի առևտրի համար, ապա Միացյալ Նահանգները կավարտեն իրենց ներկայությունը Իրանում՝ պայթեցնելով և ամբողջությամբ ոչնչացնելով նրանց բոլոր էլեկտրակայանները, նավթահորերը և Խարկ կղզին։
