Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին հաջողվեց պահպանել իր դիրքերը ՔՊ-ում

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» ներկուսակցական ընտրության երկրորդ փուլի արդյունքներով՝ ամենից շատ կողմ քվե ստացել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ 933 ձայն։ Երկրորդ հորիզոնականում արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն է՝ 853 ձայնով, երրորդ տեղում՝ վարչության անդամ, պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը՝ 842 ձայնով։ Կանանցից ամենից շատ քվե ստացել է առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը՝ 780 ձայնով, երկրորդ տեղում է արդարադատության անկուսակցական նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը՝ 682 ձայնով, իսկ երրորդում՝ ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ալխաս Ղազարյանը՝ 679 կողմ քվեով։ Եթե այս արդյունքները հաստատվեն նաև կուսակցության համաժողովում, ապա նախընտրական ցուցակը կգլխավորի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, երկրորդ տեղում կլինի նախարար Միրզոյանը, հետո արդեն, ըստ օրենքի, Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը։ Վարչապետի թեկնածուի ընտրության նախնական արդյունքներով էլ 898 պատվիրակ կողմ է քվեարկել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թեկնածությանը, 12-ը՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանին, 8-ը՝ Սուրեն Պապիկյանին։

Մեծ հաշվով «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» ընտրական ցուցակի ընտրության 2-րդ փուլը մեծ անակնկալ չմատուցեց, ինչպես և պարզ էր ի սկզբանե։ Փաշինյանն ամենաշատ քվեներն է ստացել թե՛ որպես ցուցակը գլխավորող, և թե՛ որպես վարչապետի թեկնածու։ «Քաղպայմանագրում» զարմանալի են համարում թե՛ Արարատ Միրզոյանի, և թե՛ Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի ստացած ձայների թիվը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Ավանեսյանը «Քաղպայմանագրի» վարչությունում ընդգրկված չեն։ Եթե Միրզոյանը չէր առաջադրել իր թեկնածությունը, ապա Ավանեսյանը պարտվել էր իր մյուս կուսակիցներին, որոնցից շատերն արդեն ընտրական ցուցակի ձևավորման ժամանակ անհամեմատ պակաս են ստացել առողջապահության գործող նախարարից։

Ու եթե մինչ այս ընտրությունները խոսվում էր 2 նախարարությունները միավորելու և այն Արսեն Թորոսյանի կառավարմանը հանձնելու մասին, ապա այժմ, երբ Ավանեսյանը, ըստ գործող կարգի, երրորդն է լինելու «Քաղպայմանագրի» ընտրական ցուցակում, փաստացի նրան հաջողվել է պահպանել նախարարի իր պաշտոնը, իսկ նախարարությունների միավորում տեղի չի ունենալու։ Թեև տրամաբանությունը հուշում է, որ Արարատ Միրզոյանն էլ, եթե հաջողվի ՔՊ-ին վերցնել իշխանությունը, պետք է կրկին դառնա Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ, բայց կուսակցությունում հակված են վերջինիս թողնել արտգործնախարարի պաշտոնում՝ համարելով, որ նա լավ է կատարում իր վրա դրված աշխատանքը։
