«Թող մարզպետն էլ իր մտերիմին առաջադրի, ի՞նչ անենք»,- Վարուժան Բաբաջանյանը` ԱԺ ընտրություններին իր մասնակցության մասին

2017 թվականի ապրիլին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին քիչ ժամանակ է մնացել, և աստիճանաբար ուրվագծվում են ընտրատարածքների գլխավոր գործող անձիք: Տավուշի մարզում ամենամեծ ինտրիգը, թերևս, ''Փաստ'' օրաթերթի և մի շարք կայքերի հիմնադիր Վարուժան Բաբաջանյանի` առաջադրվել - չառաջադրվելու խնդիրն է, որի շուրջ Times.am-ի թղթակիցը հեռախոսազրույց ունեցավ նրա հետ:

Պարոն Բաբաջանյան, Դուք համարվում եք Տավուշի մարզում ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով ամենանացողիկ թեկնածուներից մեկը, բայց առաջադրվելու մասին կարծես չեք հայտարարում...

Ինչու՞ եք շտապում, որոշում չկա դեռ...

Բայց Տավուշի մարզում արդեն թեկնածուների ակտիվություն է նկատվում...

Առաջինը` լուրջ ակտիվություն ես չեմ նկատում, և երկրորդ` թող ակտիվանան, ինձ ինչ է խանգարում ուրիշների ակտիվությունը...

Այսինքն` մտահոգություն չունե՞ք...

Բայց ես ինչու պետք է մտահոգվեմ, եթե առաջադրվեմ` կտեսնեք, թե որքան է իմ վարկանիշը: Միգուցե իմ առաջադրվելը մտահոգիչ է որևէ մեկի համար, ինձ համար մտահոգիչ չէ որևէ մեկի առաջադրումը:

Ասում են` Տավուշի մարզպետը թեկնածու է առաջադրելու իր մտերիմներից մեկին...

Թող մարզպետն էլ իր մտերիմին առաջադրի, ի՞նչ անենք... Որ մարզպետ է` չի կարո՞ղ նախընտրելի թեկնածու ունենալ:

Այդ պարագայում մտահոգություն չունե՞ք, որ Ձեր հայրենի Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանում ձայները կկիսվեն և չեք ընտրվի:

Առաջինը` ընտրվելու համար պետք է առաջադրվել, ինչի որոշումը չեմ կայացրել: Չեմ ժխտի` այդ թեմայով կան քաղաքական կոնսուլտացիաներ, բայց ես պետք է ծանր ու թեթև անեմ` իմ անձնական խնդիրների ու ծանրաբեռնված աշխատանքի արանքում տեղ մնու՞մ է օրենսդրական աշխատանքի համար, թե ոչ: Երկրորդը` չորս - հինգ տարի է` բոլորը գիտեն իմ առաջադրման հնարավորության մասին, գիտեն, որ ես այս կամ այն կերպ մասնակից եմ լինելու այդ ընտրություններին, հիմա ձայների կիսվելու մասին ես պետք է մտածե՞մ, թե մյուս թեկնածուները: Եթե իրենք այդպիսի մտահոգություն չունեն, ես ինչու՞ պետք է ունենամ:

Անցած ընտրություններին, չնայած պարտվեցիք, բայց բավականին ձայներ հավաքեցիք: Ասում են` ձեր պարտության պատճառը փողի բացակայությունն էր: Ապրիլյան ընտրություններին առաջադրվելու համար բավարար միջոցներ ունե՞ք...

Ես ընտրվելու համար քանի որ փող բաժանելու խնդիր չունեմ, շտաբների ու նմանատիպ ծախսերի գումարը, կարծում եմ, կբավականացնի: Ես ամբողջ կյանքում այդ տարածքում եմ ապրում, մարդիկ ինձ ճանաչում են, եթե արժանի գտնեն` կընտրեն, եթե ոչ` ես փողով հեղինակություն չեմ առնում:

Վերջում` պարոն Բաբաջանյան, երբ կկայացնեք վերջնական որոշում` մասնակցելու եք, թե ոչ:

Միգուցե մարդիկ կան, որ իմ չառաջադրվելու դեպքում կիրացնեն պատգամավոր դառնալու մանկության երազանքը, ինչու՞ եք ցանկանում ժամանակից շուտ փշրել նրանց բյուրեղյա երազները: Թող մի քիչ թրծվեն, պայքարեն, փորձ ձեռք բերեն, ինչու չէ` նաև երազեն: Ի վերջո, առաջադրվելու դեպքում քաղաքական նոր քարտեզ ենք ձևավորելու Տավուշի մարզում, ուժերի դասավորություն է փոխվելու: Կապրենք, կտեսնենք, չառաջադրվելու դեպքում էլ կգտնենք մի արժանավոր մարդ, որին թե բարոյական, թե ֆինանսական աջակցություն ցույց կտանք, որպեսզի մեր տարածաշրջանը կրկին որբի գլուխ չդարձնեն ու վարսավիրություն չսովորեն:
