Ինչպես են մի գիշերում «անկախ» դառնում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս, ինչպես հայտնի է, Փաշինյանի ՔՊ-ն իր խմբակցության անդամ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանին «նշանակեց» Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր: Դե, նորություն չէ, որ Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն «իրենց մարդկանց», յուրայիններին «տեղավորում» են տարբեր պետական կառույցներում, որտեղ պատահի:

Բուն խնդիրն այլ է: Այդ ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ տակավին մեկ օր առաջ մոլի քպական այս կամ այն գործիչը, մանդատը թողնելով կամ կուսակցության անդամությունը դադարեցնելով, մի գիշերում միանգամից դառնում է… «անկախ», «ապակուսակցական» անձ ու նշանակվում է (լավ, թող լինի՝ «ընտրվում» է) անկախ մարմնի անդամ կամ ղեկավար: Հրաշք է, չէ՞:

Ու սա միակ դեպքը չէ: Մինչ այս էլ մի մոլի քպական «հանկարծակի», մեկ օրում դառնում էր լրիվ անկախ, անկուսակցական, ապաքաղաքական ու նշանակվում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան, մեկ ուրիշը՝ ԿԸՀ նախագահ, երրորդը՝ դատավոր (ու քաղաքական «գործերով» դատական նիստեր էր նախագահում), չորրորդն էլ՝ ԲԴԽ նախագահ: Շարքը երկար է, նման քպականներ հաճախ են հայտնվել այլ պետական՝ անկախություն և ապակուսակցականություն ենթադրող կառույցներում, հանձնաժողովներում: Ընդ որում, դեռ չենք խոսում պետական բուհերի մասին, որոնք հետևողական քպականացվել են:

Չէ, քպականները, փաստորեն, իսկապես տաղանդավոր են, որ մեկ-երկու օրում կուսակցականազերծ են լինում ու միանգամից... «անկախանում»:

Իսկ իրականում ամեն ինչ պարզից էլ պարզ է. տոտալ քպականացվել ու քպականացվում, կարելի է ասել՝ քպֆիկացվում է պետական ամբողջ համակարգը, նույնիսկ այն մարմինները, որոնք գոնե Սահմանադրությամբ պետք է որ անկախ լինեին:
