«Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան». Վերադարձի քողի տակ էքսպանսիա

Euromedia24 ստուդիայում, «Մեծ քննարկում» նախագծի շրջանակներում, փորձագետները քննարկեցին «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» հայեցակարգի ժողովրդագրական ընդլայնումը և այն, թե ինչպես կարող է հայ ժողովուրդը հակազդել այս քաղաքականությանը։

Ծրագրի մասնակիցների թվում էին «Ժողովրդավարական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը, ռազմական փորձագետ Հայկ Նահապետյանը, «Հանուն սոցիալական արդարության» կուսակցության նախագահ Արման Ղուկասյանը և Ազգային ժողովի նախկին փոխնախագահ, պրոֆեսոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը։
Քննարկումը վարում էր «Ռեֆորմիստական» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահան Բաբայանը։

Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը ընդգծեց, որ «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» տերմինը այլևս միայն հռետորաբանություն չէ. այն ակտիվորեն առաջ է մղվում միջազգային հարթակներում, այդ թվում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի մարմիններում, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վարչակազմի անմիջական մասնակցությամբ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ խոսքը ոչ միայն ժողովրդագրական ընդլայնման, այլև այս հայեցակարգի նպատակային միջազգային օրինականացման մասին է, որը ներկայացված է «վերադարձի» քողի տակ։

«Օգոստոսի 8-ի համաձայնագիրը չի փոխել այս կազմակերպության գործունեության տրամաբանությունը։ Նրանք բացահայտ ասում են. եթե մենք տանկերով չգանք, մեքենաներով կգանք։ Անկախ նրանից, թե որքան է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում անտեսել այս հարցը, անկախ նրանից, թե որքան ենք մենք փորձում լռել, նրանք շարունակում են առաջ մղել այս օրակարգը։

Ադրբեջանը տասնյակներ և հարյուրավոր նյութեր է ուղարկում միջազգային կազմակերպություններին։ Ըստ էության, սա պետական ծրագիր է, որը քողարկվում է որպես հասարակական կազմակերպության գործունեություն», - ասաց Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը։

Նա նաև նշեց, որ «վերադարձի» հայեցակարգն առաջին անգամ հստակ ձևակերպել է Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Բաքուն միտումնավոր փոխել է իր հռետորաբանությունը՝ փորձելով խուսափել տարածքային ընդլայնման մեղադրանքներից և գործընթացը ներկայացնել որպես մարդասիրական նախաձեռնություն։

«Այս ամենը ներկայացվում է մարդասիրական լույսի ներքո՝ որպես մարդու իրավունքների և արդարադատության հարց։ Սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ ադրբեջանական քաղաքական համակարգի պայմաններում նման կազմակերպությունները չեն կարող գործել առանց իշխանությունների ուղղակի հրամանների», - ընդգծեց նա։

Այսպիսով, քննարկման մասնակիցների կարծիքով, խոսքը Հայաստանի վրա ճնշման որակապես նոր ձևի մասին է, որտեղ հիմնական գործիքը ռազմական ուժը չէ, այլ ժողովրդագրական և տեղեկատվական էքսպանսիան, որը նպատակ ունի աստիճանաբար փոխել միջազգային ընկալումները և երկրի շուրջ քաղաքական իրականությունը։
