«Իրավական քաոսից դեպի իրավական պետություն»․ ստեղծվել է «Նոր Դարաշրջան» կուսակցությունը

Հարգելի ընկերներ, գործընկերներ,

տեղեկացնում եմ, որ, մենք՝ հիմնականում իրավաբան և փաստաբան գործընկերներով և ավելի լայն շրջանակով, բավականին երկար ժամանակահատված է, ինչ քննարկում ենք պետության ապագայի մասով մեր պատկերացումները և անելիքները։ Ի վերջո, գուցեև ոչ այնքան հեշտ, բայց որոշում կայացրեցինք հրաժարվել մեր հանգիստ կյանքից և մտնել մեծ պատասխանատվության տակ։

24.03.2026 թվականին՝ Նոր Դարաշրջան կուսակցության արտահերթ համագումարում ընտրվել եմ նույն կուսակցության նախագահ։

Ի թիվս այլնի, կուսակցության և մեր բոլորի նպատակն է ազատ, ինքնիշխան և իրավական պետության ձևավորումը, ինչը պետք է իրականացվի պետության ողնաշար հանդիսացող անկախ և անաչառ դատական իշխանության (համակարգի) ձևավորմամբ և ամրապնդմամբ՝ բացառելով իրավական անվտանգության և իրավական որոշակիության դեմ ուղղված ցանկացած միջամտություն։

Այս նպատակին հասնելը շատ բարդ է, բայց իրագործելի։ Բարդ է հատկապես այն պարագայում, երբ մենք մեր ամենօրյա մասնագիտական գործունեության ընթացքում տեսնում ենք, թե ինչ իրավական քաոսի մեջ է հայտնվել ողջ իրավապահ համակարգը, ինչն անխուսափելիորեն ազդել և ազդում է նաև դատական համակարգի վրա։

Կուսակցության անդամներ են իրավաբաններ, փաստաբաններ, քաղաքագետներ, մաթեմատիկոսներ և ամենատարբեր ոլորտների մասնագետներ, ովքեր մտահոգված են և պատրաստակամ իրենց ունեցած հնարավորություններով, գիտելիքներով և փորձով մասնակցություն ունենալ քաղաքական գործընթացներին։

Այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար մեր կուսակցությունը քաղաքական խորհրդակցություններ և հանդիպումներ է անցկացնում արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի հետ և առաջիկայում հանդես կգա հստակ դիրքորոշմամբ և հայտարարությամբ։
