Նարեկ Կարապետյանը Գորիսում ներկայացրել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ի տեսլականը

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամները, կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ, մարտի 26-27-ին աշխատանքային այցով եղել են Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս քաղաքում։

Այցի ընթացքում Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի ապագա վարչապետ Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած ուժի ծրագրերն ու «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կառուցելու տեսլականը։ Հանդիպումն անցել է հարցուպատասխանի ձևաչափով, որի ընթացքում նա պատասխանել է համակիրներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին։

Գորիսում ունեցած իր ելույթում Նարեկ Կարապետյանը անդրադարձել է վերջին տասնամյակների քաղաքական և տնտեսական զարգացումներին՝ ընդգծելով, որ երկար տարիներ շարունակ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերվել Հայաստանին։

«Վերջին 30-35 տարում ունեցել ենք տարբեր ղեկավարներ։ Բոլորի հետ Կարապետյանը հանդիպել և ասել է՝ իր հայրենիքին շարունակելու է աջակցել, հարյուրավոր միլիոններ ուղարկել է Հայաստան»,– նշել է նա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ իրականացված ներդրումներն ու աջակցությունը, այդ թվում՝ Արցախում, չեն բերել սպասվող արդյունքներին։

«Տասնյակ և հարյուրավոր միլիոններ Արցախի մեջ ներդրում անելուց հետո մենք տեսնում ենք, որ մի ստորագրությամբ մենք կորցնում ենք էն, ինչ կա Արցախում, իսկ Հայաստանում աղքատության հարցը չի լուծվում։ Հայաստանում մարդկանց կյանքի որակական փոփոխություն չի լինում»,– ասել է Կարապետյանը։

Նա նաև քննադատել է գործող քաղաքական ուղղությունը՝ այն բնորոշելով որպես «գլուխ կախելու ուղի»։

«Կարապետյանը տեսնում է, որ ոչ թե փոփոխություն չի լինում, այլ երկրի ղեկավարությունը վերցնում է լրիվ ուրիշ ուղի՝ գլուխ կախելու ուղի, որի ծայրը չի երևում»,– ընդգծել է նա։

Անդրադառնալով արտաքին քաղաքականությանը՝ Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ նման մոտեցումը վտանգավոր է երկրի համար։

«Այսօր նա հայտարարել է, որ հայկական պահանջատիրությունը չի պաշտպանելու։ Դա նշանակում է՝ ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը պետականորեն չի պահանջելու։ Դա երկիր պահելու ձև չի»,– ասել է նա՝ հավելելով. «Ձեր հարևանները կասեն՝ մեր ղեկավարը խելոք է երևում, այ ձեր ցավը տանեմ, մի հատ ձեր հարևան գայլերին նայեք»։

Նարեկ Կարապետյանը շեշտել է, որ երկրի զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ է հստակ և ուժեղ քաղաքական ուղի։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության աշխատանքային այցը շարունակվում է։
