Տեսանյութում խոսվում է #վարչապետ ի վերջին ուղերձների, #Հայաստան - #Ադրբեջան բանակցային գործընթացի իրական բովանդակության և հՏեսանյութում խոսվում է վարչապետի վերջին ուղերձների, Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան բանակցային գործընթացի իրական բովանդակության և հասարակությանը պատերազմով վախեցնելու թեզերի մասին։ Մանրամասն ներկայացվում է այն տեսակետը, որ իշխող քաղաքական ուժի չվերընտրվելու դեպքում պատերազմի անխուսափելիության մասին հայտարարությունները մանիպուլյացիա են, որոնք նպատակ ունեն պահպանել իշխանությունը։ Վերլուծվում են բանակցային այն կետերը, որոնք վտանգավոր են համարվում երկրի ինքնիշխանության համար, մասնավորապես՝ սահմանազատման գործընթացը, որի արդյունքում հայկական կողմը դուրս է բերում զորքերը, իսկ ադրբեջանական կողմը՝ ոչ։
