«Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ի աճող ազդեցությունը՝ իշխանության հիմնական անհանգստությունը

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը վերջին շրջանում դարձել է գործող իշխանության համար լուրջ քաղաքական գործոն՝ ձևավորելով այնպիսի օրակարգ, որը դժվար է անտեսել։ Քաղաքական դաշտում ձևավորվող նոր իրողությունները վկայում են, որ իշխանությունը ստիպված է արձագանքել ընդդիմության օրակարգին՝ փոխանակ սեփական նախաձեռնություններով հանդես գալու։
Վերջին օրերին առավել տեսանելի է դարձել, որ երկրի ղեկավարությունը, սպառելով քաղաքական հակազդման ավանդական մեթոդները, փորձում է նախընտրական փուլից առաջ ընդդիմադիր գործիչներին ներքաշել իր ձևավորած քննարկումների շրջանակ։ Այս վարքագիծը վկայում է ոչ միայն քաղաքական լարվածության աճի, այլև այն մասին, որ իշխանությունը փորձում է վերահսկելի դաշտ ստեղծել՝ սահմանելով խաղի կանոնները իր համար առավել հարմար ձևով։

Միաժամանակ ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանության ներսում առկա է լուրջ անհանգստություն «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության գրանցած արդյունքների շուրջ։ Վերջին շրջանի զարգացումները ցույց են տալիս, որ այս քաղաքական ուժի ակտիվությունն ու հանրային աջակցությունը դարձել են այն գործոնները, որոնք իշխանության համար ստեղծում են լրացուցիչ ճնշում՝ թե՛ ներքաղաքական, թե՛ նախընտրական համատեքստում։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հանդես է գալիս հստակ ձևակերպված օրակարգով՝ երկրի ներկայիս ղեկավարության փոփոխություն և տնտեսական համակարգային բարեփոխումներ։ Այս մոտեցումը, որը հիմնված է տնտեսական զարգացման և սոցիալական կայունության ապահովման վրա, ավելի ու ավելի մեծ արձագանք է գտնում հասարակության տարբեր շերտերում։
Վերջին հարցումները վկայում են, որ գործող իշխանությունը աստիճանաբար կորցնում է ընտրողների վստահությունը։ Այդ ֆոնին ձևավորվում է այլընտրանքի պահանջ, որը շատերի համար մարմնավորում է Սամվել Կարապետյանը՝ իր տնտեսական ծրագրերով և կառավարման վերաբերյալ պատկերացումներով։

Այս պայմաններում «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը դիտարկվում է որպես առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների առանցքային դերակատարներից մեկը։ Քաղաքական գործընթացների ընթացքը ցույց է տալիս, որ իշխանության կողմից կիրառվող խոչընդոտող քայլերը ոչ միայն չեն նվազեցնում այդ ազդեցությունը, այլև հակառակ ազդեցություն են ունենում՝ ավելի մեծ ուշադրություն կենտրոնացնելով տվյալ քաղաքական ուժի շուրջ։
