Նոր դաշինքի ճանապարհին․ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ը ընդլայնում է քաղաքական ազդեցությունը

Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում աստիճանաբար ձևավորվում է նոր ուժային բևեռ, որը նպատակ ունի վերադասավորել առկա հարաբերակցությունները։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հայտարարում է իր ազդեցության ընդլայնման և առաջիկա ընտրություններին ավելի կազմակերպված ու լայն ձևաչափով մասնակցելու մասին՝ հենվելով ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ հանրային աջակցությունը մեծացնելու ռազմավարության վրա։

Կուսակցությունը ակտիվ բանակցությունների փուլում է՝ նպատակ ունենալով ձևավորել լայն նախընտրական դաշինք արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի և այն քաղաքական գործիչների հետ, որոնց հետ նախկինում չեն արձանագրվել խորքային հակասություններ։ Այս մոտեցումը դիտարկվում է որպես փորձ՝ միավորելու տարբեր հարթակներում գործող ուժերը մեկ օրակարգի շուրջ՝ առավել արդյունավետ մրցակցելու համար գործող իշխանության հետ։

Հիմնական նպատակն իշխանափոխությունն է և տնտեսական խորքային բարեփոխումների իրականացումը։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ը իր ծրագրային դրույթներում շեշտադրում է կառավարման նոր մշակույթ՝ հիմնված պատասխանատվության, կարգապահության և այսպես կոչված «մաքուր ձեռքերի» սկզբունքի վրա։ Կուսակցությունը փորձում է դիրքավորվել որպես պրոֆեսիոնալ կառավարման թիմ, որը կարող է ապահովել համակարգային փոփոխություններ՝ հատկապես տնտեսության և սոցիալական ոլորտներում։

Հասարակական տրամադրությունների ուսումնասիրությունները ևս ցույց են տալիս որոշակի վերադասավորումներ։ Վերջին հարցումների համաձայն՝ Երևանում հարցվածների զգալի մասը պատրաստակամ է աջակցել Սամվել Կարապետյանին՝ որպես քաղաքական առաջնորդի, մինչդեռ գործող իշխանության վարկանիշը զգալիորեն զիջում է այդ ցուցանիշներին։ Այս միտումը, ըստ քաղաքական վերլուծաբանների, կարող է ազդել ընտրական գործընթացների ընդհանուր տրամաբանության վրա՝ ձևավորելով ավելի մրցակցային միջավայր։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը ներկայանում է որպես մասնագիտական ներուժով հագեցած թիմ, որի անդամները տարբեր ոլորտներում ունեն գործնական փորձ և արձանագրած արդյունքներ։ Կուսակցության ներսում ձևավորվող այդ փորձագիտական բազան ներկայացվում է որպես ապագա կառավարման հիմնական հենասյուն՝ ուղղված երկրի զարգացման և առկա մարտահրավերների հաղթահարմանը։
