Մենք անհանգստացած ենք, որ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու ծավալները քիչ են. Փաշինյանը՝ արցախցիների մասին

2023 թվականից ի վեր ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից տարբեր ծրագրերով շուրջ 145 մլրդ դրամ է հատկացվել Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների կարիքները հոգալու համար: Այդ մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 18–ին, «Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված հայերի սոցիալ-տնտեսական ներառման գործընթաց» խորագրով քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Մենք համոզված ենք, որ մի մասը հստակ և հասցեական տեղ է հասել: Գուցե այդ հասցեականությունը տեղ-տեղ լինի ոչ ամենաբարձր ճշգրտությամբ, բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ ճիշտ կլինի՝ առնվազն մեր խոսակցության երկրորդ կեսը և եզրափակիչ մասը նվիրված լինեն մեր անելիքներին, ապագային, թե ինչ ենք անելու սրանից հետո, որովհետև ես վիճակագրությունը տեսա` այս պահի դրությամբ ընդամենը շուրջ 1700 ընտանիք է, որ ծրագրով տուն է ձեռք բերել»,- ասաց նա:

Մի կողմից այս թիվը, ըստ Փաշինյանի, քիչ չէ այն առումով, որ աշխատող մեխանիզմ կա, որի լավարկումը միշտ էլ օրակարգում է, բայց մյուս կողմից` կա անհանգստություն, քանի որ կա ցանկություն, որ գործընթացն ավելի մեծ ծավալներով տեղի ունենա: 

Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ նաև այն շահարկումներին, թե առաջիկայում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են, և որ Կառավարությունն ամեն ինչ անելու է, որպեսզի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու գործընթացը ձգձգի, խոչընդոտի: Վարչապետն ընդգծեց՝ հակառակն է, անհանգստացած են, որ ծավալները քիչ են:

«Մեր խնդիրը շատ գործնական է, մենք ուզում ենք, որ դուք օր առաջ տնավորվեք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում՝ քաղաքացիություն, տուն, աշխատանք, սոցիալական միջավայր... Մեզ պետք է ձեզնից ազդակներ ստանալ, թե էլ ինչ պետք է անենք, որպեսզի այդ հարցը հնարավորինս արդյունավետ լուծենք»,- ասաց նա:
